  We switched to Acellus back in March 2023, and this school has helped my son get back on track. The public elementary school he was attending was a nightmare, and this program offers a curriculum that does not discuss inappropriate things. It fosters emotional growth, and allows my son to learn in an unbiased environment. The Acellus Gold program has been wonderful so far. Would like to add when you watch Science Live it helps keep you informed of changes, and issues with the program. Thank you.

  One of the worst programs I have seen. The features will randomly be taken away and you lose work. When concerns are voiced, they delete negative comments and reviews. We will se if this one sticks. I think people should be warned because that’s what reviews are for and it’s just so wrong for them to remove us from groups and delete honest reviews. Until recently, I had used this program for all three of my highschoolers for 4 years. We’ve since gone with MiaPrep and what a difference!

  Im a student and i do work on this site, and the one thing wrong with it is in math the teachers jump straight into it and dont break it down. Because of that kids like me aren't able to understand it. You need to break the work down more in the videos. It will make it easier for the students. Also the help videos help more then the normal ones do, because in those they break it down and show all the steps which is what it should be doing in the normal videos.

  Curriculum seems good. Our special needs child was doing fairly well, however when we switch out our home router, the school didn't recognized the location. No contact numbers at website for tech support or general support. Will update review if I ever hear from them.

  We've been using Acellus for almost a year. All of a sudden, Math completely disappeared, gone. We've called, and the lady kept telling us how to sign up & log in to start using Acellus (despite we'd been using it for about 7 months). She could not understand the issue.
  We tried calling back. We tried emailing, and received an error that Acellus couldn't receive our email because the address had been blocked.
  So for about 6 weeks, we haven't been doing math except for what we've searched for and printed from online ourselves.
  
  On other notes:
  -I have been pleased that he can learn so simply and quickly without dreadfully long classes.
  -The videos are very old and outdated, so much so it's to the point it loses my grandchild's interest, he's in kindergarten and complains of how boring it is. It's time to start refreshing content!
  -Compatibility with some devices is sub-par. It continuously logs us out, sometimes in the middle of a class.
  
  Because of the lack of being proactive to make sure our problem is resolved, we're looking for a new curriculum.
