  The office is nice but they want me to change my primary Dr because I find out that is No Dermatology DR THERE!!!.....his wife Work under his license....I don’t like to feel obligate it..And if I don’t get him to be my Primary Dr he and she can’t see me..on less I paid theme $ 150.00....to know him and see if I like the change.....She works under his license that means is no “DR Dermatologist with license there.....

  Doc Acebo has changed my life. On my first visit I was exhausted, had brain fog, my stomach was in bad shape and I had terrible body aches. Fast forward 2 years and I am feeling so much better. Doc Acebo's holistic approach to healing the body is excellent! He is very knowledgeable about all the cutting edge new therapies and is committed to searching for answers. I have recommended him to several people who are also very happy with the care he provides. His staff is amazing!

  Dr. Acebo is an outstanding professional and an incredible doctor . Him and his staff goes above and beyond to offer the best medical care and advise to each patient . Dr. Acebo has been my family's doctor for over 9 years and I can honestly recommend him as the best doctor your family will have . His Wife Dania Acebo , PA is an incredible Professinal and sweet person and I trust them with all my medical needs . His staff is corteous and very friendly ! No better team to treat you and your family !

  My experience has been positive every time. Dr. Acebo and his staff have been amazing; they are friendly and professional. As a patient I understand that there are patients that need more time and can delay things, but I have never had to wait long.

  My experience with Dr. Acebo has always been the best. He is very professional, respectful and efficient, the waiting time is usually between 15 to 20 minutes, no more. And their staff is very friendly and helpful with all patients, my stay in the clinic is quiet, you breathe peace, my qualification for Dr Acebo is excellent.

  I always recommend Dr. and Mrs. Acebo, because I trust them with my medical care, never had to wait for a long time (usually 15 to 20 minutes), they are very respectful, and their staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

  I am a new patient looking for a Primary Care, after calling this office for 3 days and leaving voice messages on the third day they finally answered the phone to put me on hold for 10 minutes. The closest appointment was a month away, so I just gave up.

  I dont like this place, the Doctor is always late, I had to wait a lot. Also one day I was just there to see him because I needed a urine culture, I wait for 2 hours and I left. The staff sent urine culture without my consent. I cancelled the appointment. Now I spoke to the lab and I found out that they sent out my labs, they never call me back with the results, and 3 months later I found out that I owe the urine culture. I called them and they dint help me. Lizbeth the receptionist hung up on me. Their policy is that you need to see the doctor first, I left without seeing the Doctor so I dont understand why they sent the lab. I was really disappointed because I wait too much.
  
  It is really frustrating that you call them and explain everything and they know is their fault but instead of helping the patient you get a noisy receptionist yelling at you and telling you that you need to pay for a service that you did not received.
  
  Also her Spanish is really bad, she needs to learn how to answer the phones. She talks too fast and is annoying, nothing professional.

  I have gone to Dr. Acebo for a long time. Every time I went the waiting time was extremely long. Today my wife went to the office to get some blood tests done since she was recommended by friends. Her appointment was at 9:30 AM but they only took her in at 11:30 am! Have in mind that she was fasting since the night before in order to be able to get the tests done and had been sick on the previous days. I also had the same experience before with them and that's the reason I decided to change my primary doctor a long time ago. I tried calling the office in order to see what was going on but no one was available to speak. I'm sure the doctor knowledge but they should arrange their appointments in a more respectful way towards the patients. The nurses have always been very friendly though.
