  *SCAM ALERT* Our inspector didn't inform us of the major leaks in the plumbing and now we're having to spend thousands in repairs and new construction. I wish Ric had been as honest with us on our second inspection, as he was on our first.
  
  Don't trust this home inspector, especially if he comes recommended by a real estate agent! Not worth the money or headache...... BEWARE

  Ric was very thorough, friendly and prompt. He inspected a house I was purchasing privately from owner. I had the report quickly and he was available for any and all questions I had re his findings. Would highly recommend!

  I had two home inspections. Alex Lopez is awesome. He inspected everything from top to bottom inside and out. I am very pleased with the results of the home inspection. It was great being able to see photos of everything he found. Thanks again!

  Missed many code violations, didnt check any appliances that were included with sale now finding out appliances are broken/not working properly. Didnt say anything about poor siding that is underlapped letting water into house all the siding catches rain and is done wrong. I hired this inspector to be honest and thorough and he lied to make a sale. DO NOT HIRE THIS INSPECTOR HE IS NOT HONEST OR THOROUGH. Waste of my hard earned money.
