  The store shelves are bare. Ace is also CHOOSES to mandate masks, that have not been proven effective. I have a condition that prevents me from wearing mask. The store next door as well as many other restaurants and stores here do not mandate masks. Ace Hardware is clearly playing politics and I won’t be back because of this. This was my first time to this particular ACE, and it looks like it’s going out of business, with very few items for sale anyway.

  Very good selection for a small hardware store. Better than driving all the way to sevierville to one of the big box stores.

  This is the place to go when you need to get things that you forgot to pick up somewhere else.its the odds and ends you need for home repairs and yard work .The people that work here are awesome and so polite

  DO NOT PATRON! After calling for pricing & availability on parts we drove 45 minutes (one way) and when we got there they were out. NO APOLOGIES, NOwe are so sorry you drove an hour and a half for literally nothing. They couldn't care less. Your time is better spent driving to Home Depot or Lowes (great customer service). Ace's stock is low & their Pricing is High! You would think a small place with high prices would need customer service. Going here is a waste of time & money!
