One word. OUTSTANDING! I have had issues with my shoulder for about a year, if not longer. After only one week of therapy with Ben, the pain is almost completely gone, muscle tightness has lessened, and my range of motion has improved. I'm excited to see where I will be after week two! Ben is very knowledgeable, informative, and patient. The staff is super friendly and accommodating as well. If you need P/T, this is the place to be!
The staff at Access Physical Therapy is just terrific! They are professional and knowledgeable; they have used an excellent variety of exercises, deep tissue massage and stretching to relieve my pain. I happily recommend their services to anyone who needs physical therapy!
Nobody loves physical therapy but this place really makes you feel more like you're at a fitness center than a doctor's office. Ben Muller is professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to individual needs and limitations. Carmen and Jane are always friendly and helpful at the front desk. The facility is clean and comfortable, and there is always good music playing.
Three times a week for the last three months I have had the pleasure of having PT by Ben Mueller Andy his staff at the Milford Access Physical Therapy facility.
From day one the positive atmosphere pervading the facility was infectious. In addition to the obvious professionalism of Ben and his assistants, the compassion and kindness of the supporting staff members the facility itself is cheerful, bright and conducive to healing.
Amidst the current impersonal factory like realities of so many contemporary medical facilities, the Access PT experience is deeply refreshing and joyously humanizing.
My experience at the Milford location was very rewarding. Innocent was very professional and really had my best interests in mind. He worked me hard but the old saying no pain no gain. I had a total ACL replacement on November 4th. I started my secessions late November. When I first started I could barley walk. As the weeks went on with all the hard work my progress was steady. I just finished my last secession Feb. 23rd. My knee has recovered to the point that I am almost 100% of where I was before my injury. Innocent and his staff are very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I would recommend Milford Access Physical Therapy to anyone.
