I have had physical therapy multiple times. It has helped me to put off surgery. I don’t know about you but I consider this a win, win! People consider physical therapy hard, it’s not hard! It’s as hard as you make it! Your therapist works with you not against you. She will set you up to succeed not fail! So remember to not work against her and if you do this you will see improvement. So give Accelerate Therapy and Performance a chance to get you up on your feet! Good luck from someone who succeeded in using Physical Therapy!

I chose to do laser therapy on my knee at Accelerate rather than a surgeon-recommended knee replacement. I couldn’t be happier with this choice. At 75 years old, I now walk for miles pain free, unlike people I know who chose replacement surgery. Sometimes it might be the only appropriate choice, but I recommend trying less invasive methods first!
