We had my sister's birthday dinner there last night, she has downsyndrome..the staff was excellent in making sure we had all we needed, and went to sing Happy Birthday to her, and the whole side of our restaurant chimmed in, sang and clapped with us, along with other customers not in our areaour family was so surprised, thanks to the staff that helped us, excellent service all the way around, and if you were one of the tables sitting by us, we thank you too..it was the best birthday dinner ever for her ♥

This WAS our favorite place for the wife & I to drive to from Irving to get fajitas for 2 with 4 meats. Found out in October they got rid of the unlimited sides as we like alot of cheese, sour cream and guac. We use to get the Grande combo. Not sure worth the drive anymore for our favorite fajitas. Place has friendly staff and always enjoyed. Back to more local now and even less visits.

My husband and I like going to Abuelo’s. I also have 2 close friends that like going there with me. I like their happy hour menu and beverages. Sometimes we get a really great waiter, but sometimes we get one who is not so attentive. Sometimes we also get a waiter who would offer a free dessert for birthday, and sometimes you don’t get an offer at all. I wish they would be consistent. Maybe they need some refresher training from time to time to be consistent with the service. Food and drinks are always great!

The last two times I’ve been, the service was awful. Not “get your order wrong” awful, but “I don’t give a damn” awful. Twice we’ve had to ask for appetizers when ordering entrees because we weren’t given the opportunity to order them before. The food is so-so - everything has a bit of a sweet taste but i know that’s personal preference. We’ll continue to go when my grandmother wants to go because she likes it, but I would never choose it.

My family and i absolutely love this place. The staff has always been top notch just like the food. Please do yourself a favor and have the chili rellenos both filled with cheese and smothered in queso! I travel for a living and they are the best! Don’t forget about grabbing an Island Margarita as well.

Very disappointed in this restaurant that we have frequented for many years! We arrived around 3:30 this afternoon with a party of 18. The hostesses were less than accommodating and rude. We were told that there would be at least a 45 minute wait even though there were at least 20 empty tables and the restaurant was not at all busy at this time of day! We would have understood if this was at peak hour and the restaurant was busy, but it was not. We left and went to a restaurant that was happy to accommodate us. I would not recommend this establishment for large parties.

Debbye was an excellent server!!! She was very attentive to us and was very prompt with anything that we asked her for! Our food was great!

They made my son shrimp quesadillas which aren't on the menu. My Mom had a chili relleno and said it was wonderful! My Dad had chicken fajitas and I had the Sautéed Chicken Zuchini! It was all so good! I definitely recommend this Abuelo's! I have eaten at several Abuelo's and have always had good service and great food! +10 in my opinion!

Had a great dinner with my Dad. Frozen sangria swirls were so yummy! I had the bacon wrapped filet medallions with bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp. Shrimp were great. Steak was little less than medium rare but was still ok for me. Kids loved trying the different salsas including the habanero that my dad likes. Was a great experience overall.

Had my birthday dinner here with all my family and friends in the party space.and let me tell you this place is amazing its beyond beautiful outside and inside the restroom are so nice and clean and the food was great I loved it all the salsas they had with the chips all great the enchiladas are to die for the drinks are delicious!the customer service is beyond greatyou guys should give customer service classes to all restaurants that are doing poorly out there.you guys should be so proud of the successful business you guys are running will definitely be recommending you guys to all my friends and family and coworkersI will definitely be coming back tooThank you guys for everything .I wish I could remember our two waitresses names just want it to make sure management was aware of the great staff they have ..��

Food was awsome! Wonderful & attentive wait staff. Especially on a busy Sunday after Church crowd in the house. First visit to the new HEB location, usually went to the original. I now frequent the Hulen location since it's closer. Went to meet a friend that lives in Euless for my birthday, was very impressed.

We absolutely love Abuelos! It's our favorite restaurant! However yesterday the chips were so greasy we could barely eat them, but the Nachos were amazing. We definitely miss the shrimp cocktail . Our waitress was awesome and as always it's still our favorite restaurant. We will be back!

They never can seat you even when there are tons of empty tables. At a minimum they should seat you so you can get a drink and chips. But no they leave you waiting for over an hr

My favs is the rib eye steak & enchiladas w egg and a skinny margarita and the waitress & waiter are superb been going for a long time at Abuelos it like family. Best Mexican restaurant !!! 😋🤗

Horrible service, manager was a prick wouldn’t sit our table of 16 missed out on a huge ticket for his staff. I guess his vision for his restaurant and his servers not making good tips is a good one. �
