  I had a deep cleaning done at my home in early January. They were very responsive over email to book the cleaning. Cleaning was mostly detailed, although all our couches were untouched or stood on, which was odd. In any case, two or three weeks go by and I noticed my oven door is not opening properly. I have a double oven so had not used this oven since before it was cleaned and never had an issue before the clean so I’m sure it was leaned on when the oven was cleaned. Part of the reason I booked with this company was that it seemed legit and insured, etc even though it is much more expensive than anyone else in the area. I have contacted them twice about this issue and it is radio silence. This seems deliberate, considering they were super responsive when booking. Now my oven is either going to incur a costly repair or need to be replaced altogether. Buyer beware when booking. If you have any issues with damages to your home from the clean, you’ll be out of luck.

  This is a great cleaning agency! We have used them several time for deep cleaning and have been happy every time. They are easy to book online and very communicative. They have always showed up in their expected time. All staff members are incredibly respectful of our stuff and pets and always very professional.
  
  The last time we hired Absolutely Clean Agency was for our move out clean. While we were not home, they did a fantastic job. Communication was easy via text. They didn't miss a beat with the cleaning. Every nook and cranny was sparkling. They did such a great job that during our open house sale, agents wondered if we even used the kitchen :D!!! The quality of work is definitely worth the value. We would 100% recommend!

  They are absolutely great! I contacted Absolutely Clean to get a quotation for deep cleaning my apartment and got a response in less than 15 minutes, so I decided to hire them and they did a great job.
  I just came back from a 5 months overseas leave and my place was in need of a good scrubbing and they really did a great job.
  The place looks and smells great.
  I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

  I booked Absolutely Clean based on their reviews to do move out cleaning of our 2 bed townhouse a little over a week ago. They had a 1 hour window and arrived right at the beginning. 3 ladies removed just about every speck of dust from the place. It was so great my property manager stopped by as they were finished and did the move out check list right then and there, then later asked me for their contact info to recommend to other tenants moving out. Absolutely Clean was very accommodating on some extra requests, to include sweeping out our garage and window and blinds cleaning. Highly recommend, quite sure we'll be getting most of our security deposit thanks to their efforts!

  Came with 4 cleaners that speaks very little English. They cleaned almost everything in less than 2 hrs for a 850 sq ft. condo. They are quick, but they are definitely not very detailed, you will see noticeable spots where they missed and won't risk injuring themselves like the hard stains between the sliding shower doors. Oksana was even nice enough to come to my condo and cleaned it herself that her cleaners refused to put their fingers in to clean. The thing they don't know how to do is removing the lime/calcium deposits that is under all the sink faucets tip. I'll have to do it myself. If you have those green lime thing under your faucet you best be removing that yourself with CLR remover. Oksana was very professional and offered for a refund if we didn't like the service.
