  We utilized Able Heating and Cooling for maintenance of our HVAC system for several years. While the work he performed was adequate, we found him talking inappropriately about our building and our heating and cooling system to other people. When we questioned him on this issue, he became what seemed to us to be extremely thin skinned and inappropriately defensive. We no longer utilize his services as a result.

  I used to use this company for my cooling needs, until a while back when I was having trouble with my air conditioning unit. When one of their staff came to my home to assess the situation, he discovered that the breaker was off, which he sarcastically brought to our attention - in a way that suggested, we should have known this, while reaching his hand out to take the expensive fee that he charged for taking a few minutes to figure it out. When I called the manager and discussed this with him, he seemed preoccupied with something else. I will never use this business again.

  Are Furnace Messed Up Saturday & We Called & The Guy Who Answered The Phone Saved Us Money,By Talking My Husband Threw The Problem & Hubby Was Able To Go & Buy Some Of The Hoses We Needed @ Able Heating & Cooling. Thanks So Much For Your Help. You Guys Are Awesome 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️
