Horrible service! They have to work at it to be this bad. Shameful. She also shut down early.
Absolutely WORTHLESS service here. Stood at the counter waiting to order a panini while the three ladies behind the counter were yippin and yappin away for at least 5 minutes. Made eye contact with two of them but they were too busy not serving anyone to assist.
Put back my drink and went to the Earl of Sandwich next door.
I hope the owner reads these reviews and pays these women by the panini and not by the hour!!
Iced tea was disgusting. Tasted like they poured it through a dirty coffee maker.
When I was here I was told (AFTER I paid) that they were out of coffee. How does a coffee place not have coffee? They said they'd notify me when my coffee was ready, but it sat up there for several minutes and finally I had to go up there and ask about it. No big deal It's not like I had a plane to catch or anything
Got a tuna sandwich to go. Got in the cab and opened the container and it was stale bread the tiniest slice of a tomato and single piece of lettuce and not enough tuna to cover a bun 1/5th the size. Had to just throw it out.
Really zero stars if there was an option. Horrible service- they need real help. Time for another option in terminal A. Maybe a real coffee store- not a wannabe. What coffe store charges extra for soy milk added to the already overpriced black water?
WORST EVER! Bad Everything
If it was possibly I would give it no stars A women quote " everyone loves me here and I win award" yet when I simply asked for milk instead of half and half I got verbally harassed by her and mimicked me beyond belief
Another customer came up on me and stole my sandwich. I asked for another and they gave me attitide about it. Employee was playing on her phone instead of attending to customers. My sandwich ended up having rotten turkey on it. Big waste of money.
Got coffee and water here. Coffee tastes burnt. And witnessed one of the employees make fun of a customer who had an accent.
