Very disgruntled right now, there is a block on my account and they have referred me to fraud services , which theres nothing, card services which said im fine, every place they refer me tell me it's the bank, bank rep says cant see any block, doesnt know what else to say.. uh...really?? This is MY MONEY and I cant purchase anything or pay bills this in UNACCEPTABLE! Now they are closed told me a manager would look into it and call back..nothing
