    I hadn't been to the movies, or this movie theater in a long time. They have done an excellent job of renovation. The reclining seats and ticket process were extremely well done. The airlines could learn from the comfort that patrons received. There was someone to assist us in the purchase of our tickets, the selection of seats, and explanation of food purchases was great. The signage was large and very legible. The only thing which could be improved was the hand driers in the Ladies Room. They were so noisy and ineffective. I was glad that they still had paper towels to dry your hands. Overall, it was extremely clean and a very pleasant experience, except the hand driers.

    An employee messed up but the manager was so nice and helped me out. I love bringing my family here! Always clean, food is delicious, great reclining seats and we always leave happy. All theaters need to be like this establishment. The manager who helped me was amazing and did everything in her power to make it all better. She deserves a raise!

    I do love the reserved seating they have at this theater. The food is expensive, but it is very good. My complaint is that over the past several days I have been trying to purchase tickets to a movie coming out on Friday. Their website has been all messed up for the theater that is closest to me making it absolutely impossible to buy any tickets online. Called the theater 7 times, no answer. Called customer service who experienced the same problem when they tried to buy tickets; their response was that I should just drive forty minutes round trip to the theater in advance just to buy tickets. Nice suggestion!

    The quality is there. But this place is EXPENSIVE. Buying a ~$13.00 ticket a pop can be swallowed once in a while, but whatever you do, don't buy the food. The prices are extreme. Eat before going in an you will save considerable money.

    They would have to literally cut their prices in half before I'd consider purchasing food here.

    The quality of the seats and the theater itself is excellent.

    Horrible experience. Paid for full service (where you order from your seat) but we still had to order from the food area and then wait for it to be delivered. Only thing is my food never came. I was forced to miss some of my movie to go figure out what happened. I waited and finally brought my food back to the theater. So cold and gross! Not even warm. Waited 50 minutes from the time I ordered it and the food was disgusting. Very poor customer service.

    I just think everybody should be aware of what this theater has recently started doing. It took me a while to notice and i probably got ripped off a couple times before noticing.

    They recently started having to showings for movies in two different theaters. The times are usually the same but one will be sold out and the other will have seats available. I finally noticed that the one that has open seats is more expensive. It was hard to tell what the difference is between them. Apparently they separate theaters now. One is a "full service" theater, I'm assuming that means you can call a server and order stuff from your seat and the other is a "delivery to seat" meaning you can only order at the cashier.

    How they can justify this con is just beyond me. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there are some people out there who would want to pay more to maybe buy something right from their seat but for those of us who have no intention of being worthless human beings that can't plan ahead, we just get stuck paying more for a ticket and getting nothing extra for it.

    This is bs and we know why you did this.

    Head here to wait 45 minutes for your soda, when they bring it to have it dumped on your significant other plus child. The manager comes then takes just as long as the server which took tip before any food or drinks were delivered. Great experience. Nice chairs.

    The movie theater is beautiful and located in a great area. Near restaurants and a mall. The customer service was excellent and the pictures quality and sound was perfect. The food is delicious. Food is delivered to you sear after placing your order in the front. Great experience overall.

    This theater is the best. These comfy, plushy seats are comfortable enough to fall asleep in. The AMC Dine-In menu is just dynamic; they serve supreme quality food, not just your ordinary crappy attempt like other theaters. Also, there are servers to bring you your order, so you don't miss any of the movie. This place is great. Oh and try the Royal Burger. Aboslutely delicious.

    OMG - when did they change this theater???????? The worst of the worst of the worst of the worst!!!!! I NEVER want to go back there again. It totally ruined my day. I felt like George Jetson entering the space age! 1st of all - not a clue what to do when we walked in. Led to a kiosk - not a clue how to work it. It just kept getting worse when I found out that you have to choose your seats!!!??? Really!!!??? I want to walk into a show and sit where I want - when did this become COMMUNIST Cinema????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Then I wanted to pay with cash - imagine that!!! What??????? Cash????????? I must be an alien!!!!!!!!!!!!! So some person told me I would have to follow her and she rang us up and forgot to credit my Stubs Card. I guess I'm just out of luck. Then I go to the popcorn counter and order a small popcorn as my stubs card entitles me to free upgrades. NOT ANYMORE!!!!! I find out that they only sell the largest popcorn for over $8.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So what's the point of an upgrade if there is nothing to upgrade?????? Silly question??????or is it just me????? Then I see these gigantic man eating machines with drinks posted all over them. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. So I go back to the counter to find that you have to purchase it there and then serve yourself. If I wanted to serve myself I would drink at home!!! Then I find out that you can only get the largest drink--again no small no medium - NO ABILITY TO UPGRADE WITH MY NOW USELESS STUBS CARD THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I order the flippin' pop - Bam! $6.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What?????????????? Then I didn't have a clue how to use the machine so I thought I should have just gotten water but water is probably $10.00 a bottle!!!!!!!! This is definitely NOT for me!!! Now we are FORCED to have to purchase only large sizes of everything - slammed with these exorbitant prices and we haven't even entered the theater yet. We are senior citizens on a fixed income. This has just sealed our fate!!! This change is NOT for the better for people like us - only for the yuppies or people of means!!!!! Not to mention the prices if you actually want to eat there which we have no desire to do. Then you have to deal with all the traffic during the show - I'm trying to relax and enjoy a movie in peace and quiet in the dark - not be distracted by people mulling about the entire time serving food and cocktails. We moved here recently because we loved this theater so much we wanted to be closer to it. Now we want to move back and never enter this theater ever ever again. I had to take an anxiety drug to calm down before I could even enjoy the show. This was supposed to be fun. We were supposed to go out and try to have a good time. NOT!!!!! 10 thumbs down!!!!!!
