Went there today and it seemed like everything is remodeled which is a nice touch but the theater was dirty and never cleaned. The recliner seats are comfy but there’s popcorn and soda everywhere. Not coming here again. Also popcorn is not fresh.Great remodel horrible employees don’t seem like they want to be there. Rather go to the Regal for a better experience.

I am giving this theatre two stars because the theater itself was clean and comfortable. The staff however represented this company in the wrong way.

The young lady at the concession stand on Oct 9th around 1130 a.m was rude and disrespectful. I greeted her and she simply starred at me. She had headphones in her ears the entire time I was placing my order. She never once smiled.

Something like this would make me never want to come back again.

Went to 5pm movie and had planned on having a beer prior to the movie but MacGuffins was not open. At first I thought it opened at 5 but no one ever came. The staff was wandering around doing nothing and I asked about when it would be open and I was told the bartender didn't come in and the manager is the only one certified to operate the bar. I asked if he could contact the manager which hesitantly he did, or at least he said he did. Apparently the manager was busy with paperwork and the bar would be closed for the night. What type of service is this? The website says there is a bar but yet management is too lazy to open and serve their customers. I ended up purchasing a $6 soda. Very poor management here and I will go to another movie theater in the future.

Their staff does not know how they should give service for people. I paid an ice coffee for over $6, the lady gave me a soda cup. Told her that I ordered ice coffee then she gave me hot coffee, saying I ordered a hot coffee. The hot coffee only $3. She did not say sorry to me. Finally I got my money back but I missed the movie time, I was very very upset about her attitude.she told her other staff that she did sorry to me but I did not hear. I am not going back to there.

I usually like coming to this movie theater overall but my last visit on 6/30/17 I encountered the summer help. The employees during the winter, fall, and spring are so much nicer and not snobbish and arrogant. The young African-American girl who scans the tickets and apps has an attitude problem and just stands at her post staring at all the customers coming in the theater and the ones leaving the theater. There is a Hispanic or Caucasian male employee who wears glasses who was standing beside the girl who scans the tickets/apps who just started laughing for no reason while looking at the girl. I don't know what that was about. I went over to pay for my popcorn and drinks at the snack counter and there were African-American girls behind the counter. One of the girls was acting like the male employee who just kept laughing for no reason. The other girl rung up my order and asked if I was apart of AMC rewards. I guess there was an inside joke that the other girl must of knew about that I didn't. Reminds me of the teenagers that work at Movie Tavern until I sent a complaint to Management and now they act like they have sense now. Young kids today!🤔

They don't always have the movies I want but otherwise great. Seems that they don't overlap movies with the Regal about five minutes away.

Seats - reclining seats with stadium seating.
Location - shares parking lot with mall but not attached.
Price - matinee is under $7 regular price is around $13. 3D is extra.
Food - typical but coupons can be found on Facebook. They have Coke Freestyle machines and you can refill you cup.

Very comfortable place and great staff. Would definitely recommend. I fell asleep once because the chairs were so comfortable. I use to go to 309 cinema now i go to plymouth meeting all the time even though its farther. Very reasonable prices to.

Saw Rogue One. Huge comfortable seats. It had been awhile since I saw a movie. so the seating upgrade was a nice touch.

Love this theater. The seats are extremely comfortable, the food selection is great, and the staff is usually quite friendly. This is my go-to place for watching new movies!

Bad place hate it a lot only go here because it's the closest to me. Everything is very unreasonably expensive. A SMALL WATER BOTTLE is $3.00 and tickets are beyond imagine overly priced. The staff is probably the worst part. They don't try to help you at all. I bought some food from a different place they said and I quote, "No outside food or drinks. If you want you can go to costumer service and they can hold onto it for you." So that's exactly what I did. I said I wouldn't throw it out so I went to costumer service. I asked the man politely may you hold onto my food for me until the movie is over that's what the man told us to do. The man didn't care he said I can't I won't be here. So I asked so who would be here he goes not me and walks away from his counter. I had to call my mom and tell her to come get my food. Don't go here it's awful hate it.

Now that seats can be reserved its a lot easier to come and see a movie, but you have to reserve in advance for new showings since all the good seats will be taken. Some of the recliners are already starting to show their wear but most of them are good.

This theater really sets the standard for the modern movie experience. Large, plush reclining seats and a phenomenal snack bar makes for an exceptional movie watching experience.
