The theater has really good prices but a few times now they have forgotten to turn the lights off when the movie starts and just yesterday they were quite late starting the movie and skipped a lot of the trailers. As I stated the prices are good but that's about it.

I come here all the time with my family and friends. Prices are great. Kids price is $4.49 and Adult $6.49 for regular movie's with no 3D which is awesome. If you get your Amc stubs premiere you also get points and they also now have these refillable popcorn buckets you buy once for $25 and for a whole year can bring to refill for $5 dollars. I do recommend to come early as alot of people come here at there prices are great. Wish they would open the top floor and use whole building.Maybe in future.

I highly recommend this movie theater, as it has the best combination of low prices and good seating that you can find in town. They also offer IMAX and 3D movies for very modest prices as well. On the other hand, when ordering your condiments you will notice pricing pretty consistent with other movie theaters. The theater itself is very clean and the staff are friendly. I’ve taken my family here many times to see movies, and have always had a fun and enjoyable experience.

At one time the largest theater in San Diego at 24 screens. They have since sealed off one entire side of the complex so that there are only 14 screens now, but they still have top notch projectors and speakers resulting in great picture and sound. They have 4 huge rooms, and 10 smaller ones and by far the best prices in the county.

I like this theater because of the special pricing they offer. Movies before 6pm are only $4 and after 6pm it's $6. This is the only AMC that offers this that I know of. Plenty of parking, seats are comfy and place isn't run down like AMC Mission Valley.

Movie tickets are at a great price which leaves you money for popcorn and drinks! The staff is helpful and courteous. Movie stadium is clean and so are restrooms!

Best place to go for movies and great experiences!!

My family and I have been coming here for years and we love it. When I lost my wallet at this location I didn't realize it until two days later and was really worried. Luckily, the wonderful crew of palm promenade had not only found it, but kept it safe all this time.

I'm not sure which of the crew found it, but I know that Jonathan helped me get it back (he even called me back each time we got disconnected).

Thank you AMC for having such a great crew, you really know how to make someone's day!!

I went to see Rough Night with a bunch of girls and the movie was super funny. I got a bag of M & Ms with peanuts which my sister bought for I don't know how much $ but the seats were comfy, the sound was good, the picture also good. I don't think I've ever had a complaint from this theatre and I've been coming here for years. I'm wondering though if there's less theatres now that the right side of the building has been shut off to the public. Also there might be more security at the opening of the theatre now for some reason.

Decided to have myself a day at the movies and see a few movies on 5/27. Saw the new Pirates film, then decided to see another movie and I even paid for it. But when I asked the young man at the customer service kiosk if I could buy a ticket for another movie, he had a terrible attitude. Told me he would do it this time, but that I had to go outside next time. His body language and the tone of voice he spoke with seemed like he was upset that I bothered him. I come to this theater all of the time and never have any problems with the usually friendly staff but I didn't like this particular encounter. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect pleasant customer service. He could have said, "I'm sorry sir, we don't do ticket sales at this kiosk." I would have been fine with that if he had presented himself in a nice, sincere, and respectful manner.

It's a good size theater for a really cheap price. Who would want to pay $4.50-$6.50 instead of $10-$13? I love coming her especially if I'm on a budget but I still want to see a new movie that just came out.

I love this place because he price of a ticket is extremely cheap. Its about four and a half dollars before 12 and six and a half after 12!

Does anyone even know this place exists?? It's always pretty small crowds and if you go for an early show on Sundays it's $4.50 for the first showing. That's a freakin' deal!! Spend the $12 for the AMC reward card. Totally worth it!

Seats were pretty gross, floor was very sticky... I had to ask the people next to if they could scoot over a seat so I wouldn't have to sit on a chair that looks like a bit of vomit had been splattered on it. The movie was good though at least. No problems with the video or audio.
