Decent theater, and probably the nicest in the area. Like any place you go to see a movie everything is pretty pricey. Overall it's above average for a theater. Staff is friendly, and parking is easy enough. Grab a bite across the street before hand.
Really clean. Nice staff. Not usually big crowds even on big movies.
dey didnt let me record da moovie lmaoo
Good movie theater and they have a bar. The hot dogs and chicken tenders are great.
Acaban de agregar hot dogs espdciales y flat breads.
BAD THEATER. Definitely avoid. Many of the projectors are using either the wrong lenses (not removing 3D lenses for 2D movies) or are using under-wattaged bulbs to save money. There is a very good chance the movie you see here will appear dark, with muted colors and dimension.
We used to come here for convenience even though it is pricey, but no more. The communication within the staff is extremely poor. People will sit in theatres waiting for their movie to start and the staff would never know that the projector isn't working unless people get up and notify them. Another thing is their bar. The "bartenders" are always really friendly but they do not know how to make drinks. That's fine, I wouldn't expect serious mixologists there but what I do expect is cleanliness. Last 2 times I went, there were FRUIT FLIES everywhere. Go ahead and google what it means when you have fruit flies in a bar. Especially one that DOESN'T have fresh fruit. Get it together. It disgusting.
I have visited this movie theater a few times and have no complaints. It is smaller than other AMC movie theaters near this location. Snacks and food are good.
We attended a G rated film and the cinema played R rated previews. I notified the manager at Customer Service (another parent already there too) and he was professional, kind and fixed the problem immediately. He also offered everyone in the theater free passes for another day and upgraded our G rated film to 3D. I am very impressed with his sincere apology and how professional he attended angry parents and upset children.
I really hope this gets resolved soon. I went to AMC hoping to give my daughter the same experience I received when I was younger. When I was at the ticket booth, I asked them if they had any kids movies, The person at the counter recommended 9 Lives. So That's the movie I purchased a ticket for. About ten or fifteen minutes into the movie I realized that it was a bad movie choice due to my daughter being so young. I walked back to the counter to return the movie and that's when a young lady told me very politely that she was unable to issue a refund due to some 30 minute policy. We did the math and it was only a few minutes past the time frame for refund. The young lady asked me to wait so she can get the manager to assist. The manager right away said he can only issue a pass. I told him that I didn't want the pass, I needed my refund. He then told me he wasn't going to give me anything if I didn't want the pass. I told him I didn't want the pass. He then rudely continued in Saying that he had things to do so I either take the pass or leave with nothing. I asked him if he was serious and He walked away. I asked for his name and He declined to disclose it. Another person approached me and I asked for the manager's name. She stated that it was Matt but was not aware of his last name. The manager came back and again said he can issue a pass or give me nothing. Now I don't even have a receipt to prove that I purchased a ticket since Matt kept it. Please help me get a refund.
There is a bar at this location but be prepared to wait in line, especially on a Friday night. These are not real bartenders. Theater is nice and well kept.
Disliked how it doesn't have recliners like all other AMC. they need to upgrade because the seats currently smell & are hella uncomfortable. I almost died tryna sit through a movie that I have to rewatch now because I couldn't focus on it over all the pain I was experiencing. All the way towards the back it smelled like a sewer or urine.
Usually it's good .But today which is the very first day of Dawn of Justice they had us standing in a long line outside waiting for our movie that nobody told us they canceled the showing of. Then we changed our tickets to an hour Later which was very inconvenient. To only get told once we were in the theater that the movie wouldn't start until 15-20 more minutes later and will not have any trailers!!! (I love the trailers).. Still sitting here and the movie still. HASN'T started almost 30 minutes later. This place is unprofessional they kept us uninformed the whole TIME...#NOTHAPPY
