tl;dr = If you want to dine-in, it's theatres 11-20. If you don't know which theatre your movie is in, simply ask. If you do dine-in, I recommend getting the nachos (currently @ 10.99 and totally worth it in my opinion).
I finally got to try the dine-in experience and it went waaay better than I originally thought it'd go. If you choose not to dine-in, then your experience here will be the same as if you had went to any other reserved-seating AMC (maybe).
But dining in here is pretty interesting! Each seat comes with a small table (cup holder included) that rotates out/in; a food and drink menu will be to your side (left/right, depending on where your seat is). To place an order you simply press the red button above where your menus are and wait for someone to come. Easy!
To be honest, I thought that having employees come in and out during the movie would be annoying/distracting, but it wasn't! We had our food come during the movie and it didn't bother/distract me at all. The employees do their best to stay out of your way while still serving you. It was awesome!
Note: it is a bit brighter than your usual movie theatre experience (helps the employees find you), but it hardly bothered me.
I say: GET THE NACHOS. As of today (29th Nov 2017), they're 10.99 and it's a pretty good size - shared it between 2.
First timers at the Dine in with the Comfy Recliners and great service through out the movies, free refills on popcorn, Perfect sits, I was Mr doubt dude, but I was impressed. If you want to watch a movie, Dine in, it'll take over having to go to the regular theatre, than go out to eat...pricey , but about right when it adds up. I would try it at least once...okay, maybe twice...LOL.
Love this place, love the chairs! The food is a little bit pricey but tastes really good!!
Every-Tuesdays Movies, $5 only if you are Stub Members Premier, till end of October plus, $5 small popcorn with small size Soda and $3 pizza. All seat are reclined, this place it's awesome. Or you can decide dine in theare. Is a plus. Just don't forget to leave a tip ^^)
Very comfortable seating, no hassle retrieving my ticket at the automated box office. Very nice and polite employees
Soooo comfortable. And, staff was super pleasant. Super friendly. Handicap people dream come true. A+. I'll never go to an old style theater again.
I usually choose this theatre because of the reclining seats, and rarely have complaints, but today was different. There was nothing wrong with the movie itself, but the lack of courtesy from most of the employees was surprising. The girl in the box office was very friendly, but the was little to no effort made by anyone else. There were two girls working the concession stand. After taking my order and giving me my change, they never said a word to me. She handed me my popcorn then gave me my drink cup and without looking at me at all. She just continued to talk to her friend. I often come on weekdays in the afternoon when there are few customers. I would understand if they had been rushed, but I was the only guest at the counter.
Cindy was an amazing person. She helped is the nicest on there out of everyone and she was just amazing at greeting and starting conversations. I never knew someone could be so kind towards me or my friend. Cindy rocks
First time here and we will return very soon! Drinks are great, food is good and the service is the unexpected best part of AMC Dine-in Theater. You must try this place once!
One of my favorite theaters because of the automatic extra large and soft reclining sofa-chairs... food and (alcoholic) drink theaters available here too, of course have to be of age to go in, though. And service here has not been bad. There was one time a girl was slow and unapologetic about messing up our order, but the manager was quick to show a respectful apologetic attitude and even went the distance and gave us complimentary movie items. So that made up for the mistake.
The super comfy and far reclining seats, the open bar, and the food service definitely make this a unique movie going experience, worth coming to with your date or a group of friends.
The theater is very clean and the seats are very comfortable...
My only complaint, and it's kind of a big one, is the screen is small... I watched Dr Strange on the first day of its release, so the small screen can't be attributed to being to "watching an old movie that's been out for a long time." Other than that, it's definitely worth coming here for a unique experience.
This theater has high quality recliners in all auditoriums, it has a full bar, and some of the auditoriums are dine-in and have menus and call buttons. I come here often to both the regular and dine-in. The regular recliners are slightly more comfortable than the dine-in recliners, and sometimes they seem understaffed for dine-in. I've only had my order missed once and was compensated greatly for it... If they mess up, they own it and make sure you're coming back for a better experience.
They have outstanding food on the menu, real restaurant dishes, not just some gimmicky snacks, REAL DISHES. And they're delicious.
I was going to give 4 stars, but because the staff is so proactive in fixing issues and providing you tickets for a chance to redeem a bad experience (which they more than accomplished) I gave 5 stars.
I really like this theater, especially during matinee when it really feels like you are getting a bang for your buck. The reclining leather seats are so comfy, there's plenty of cup holders too. Adult drinks, and snacks are real good. Parking can get hectic during peek hours. I suggest buying your tickets online, as the lines can get a little long. The dine in area is pretty cool, theaters are more intimate, and the food/prices are comparable to places like TGIF'S.
