We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives

Job Purpose:

Ability to analyze member’s financial needs and ask leading questions to effectively cross-sell products and services.

Provides personalized service to members in order to attract, enhance, and retain member relationships Incorporates Service Plus into all aspects of member contacts and continually builds relationships with members in order to retain and increase memberships.

Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, follow instructions, and maintain a high level of professional conduct.

Must demonstrate a positive attitude, a professional image, and be self-motivated and have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Minimum Qualifications:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service and public relations. Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required.
