I'm glad I went to AES to have my Chimneys inspected and cleaned. My fireplace wasn't up to fire regulations and my other chimney was constructed poorly. AES told me what I needed to do and they got the job done in ample time for winter. I feel better knowing I can leave for work and know I'm coming home to a nice warm home. All the people I dealt with were professional, kind and helpful from the customer service personnel to the sales reps. and the inspectors/installers. I had another company in the past do my cleaning work which was a nightmare. After they said I had a chimney fire I had to double check their work and found out why due to unprofessional work. I'm glad I switched to AES.

We called AES to clean the chimneys. They required that we needed to have them inspected first. I am glad we did. It turns out that both chimneys had been improperly installed. Despite the bad news, the inspectors were professional, patient, and thorough. They explained the issues and provided options for us to consider. We will be using AES moving forward. Thanks again.

Called to get service on our pellet stove that was not purchased here and Sarah was extremely helpful to educate me that they were unable to service my brand but was willingly able to supply a potential alternative to have my stove serviced. Thank you Sarah for great customer service.

I have a wood stove that was purchased and installed by AES three years ago. They have always been very helpful and professional. When we have our chimney cleaned they always call ahead and have always been on time. They always place blankets down and do what they can to prevent a mess in the house. They inspect our stove while they are here and I have had two peices replaced under the warranty at no cost to me.

Technicians TM and WB arrived promptly according to scheduled time. They were polite, efficient and answered all our questions! There was an issue re our fire logs and the techs helped to quickly resolve the problem ( the logs are under warranty) Work was done cleanly and quickly. Very professional in all aspects of customer service! Husband & could not be more pleased with the fireplace, the service and the company. Highest recommendations 😄
