"I went to the ABC Warehouse in Sandusky yesterday, to browse for a decent pair of headphones. Never been there before yesterday! I was greeted with kindness by all the employees as soon as I walked into the building! It made me feel nice and at home. TC was the guy who ended up helping me with my final decision though, & It's almost like he knew exactly what I wanted/needed! Not only did he give me a tour of the store, but this guy is very educated on the things he's selling.. Very professional and easy to talk to! & Now.. I have an AMAZING pair of JBL headphones that I plan to use for music production and video editing for a long time! The price was unbeatable too! "We had a great experience with Josh this week purchasing a refrigerator at the Sandusky store! We came to the store knowing what we wanted, and he helped us get a great sale price. Unfortunately, we did not take into account the that the depth of this particular fridge was too large to fit through our door. We had to return the next day to select a new style. Although we were disappointed, Josh really listened to our preferences and what features we were looking for, and gave us some nice options to select from. He went above and beyond checking pricing, providing information, and being patient while we made a decision. In the end, we settled on a higher end fridge at an amazing price, and it will be delivered in two business days. We can't wait for it to arrive! We promised Josh we would be back to see him when we needed to upgrade our washer and dryer -- after spending so much time together he treated us like family! "They have a huge selection of every thing the only down side is they are a little higher priced than if you would go to Wal-Mart or something and if you use one of there programmes and don't pay it off in the 90 day you pretty much pay double for your product my bill for my projector and screen was $749.00 And we used progressive leasing and if paid in 90 days it will be the $749 but if I go the full year then it will be $1435 so it just about doubles it"
"My experience with Billy was very good. Bought a washer. When it was delivered the first time I used it nothing but hot water came out. Had it set on cold. Even the rinse cycle was hot. Called customer service and he said he could not come out for a week and a half. Called Billy asked if we could swap it out? She said yes. Then asked if we could upgrade to another model? Again she said yes. Went back in to do the paperwork and decided to buy the matching dryer. Very happy with the price and Billy. Would recommend them to anyone."

"We walked in to check it out since we had driven past a few times, and wanted to see the place... The bald guy hovered on us like a fly, literally followed us around the store like we were in a maximum security lockdown.. He would not shut up about how great his store was, and that it was "not even a big box store even though people think it is" and it was "family owned" etc etc etc...lol man, even if I were going to buy something, I would of left and gladly paid more to get away from this guy. I fear that if I purchased something he may have tried to come home with me and stayed a few days talking about his great store and the wonderful products they sell. Yes it was like that!

"I went in ABC Warehouse to buy a WCR/DVD player. They had one that seemed like it was what I wanted. No problem so far. I went to check out and got the 20 question routine; phone number, credit card info, etc. I asked why they needed my phone number and the clerk told me there would be no warranty on the device if I didn't give my phone number. Then he gave me some grief about my credit card billing address not matching my company address. I gave up and left. I went across the street to Meier's, found the same Magnavox player ABC had on their shelf, went to the self-checkout, paid for it and left without any questions. The warranty card was in the box; no surprise there. No wonder ABC Warehouse was empty when I walked in. I won't be back. Have these retailers learned nothing from Target? I don't trust any of them with my personal information. Why can't I find what I want and pay for it without the interrogation?"
