Brian S. at the Gainesville, FL office, is the finest insurance agent I've ever worked with in my life. He is extremely knowledgeable and accurate, he really cares about his clients, and he is so easy to work with. He gets my highest recommendation for customer service. Brian is the best!

I must take the time to give Joseph an amazing review. He took the time as needed to help me with a reimbursement check that was desperately needed. Everyone I meet there was nice but Joseph went above and beyond. Thank you Joseph!!!

Went recently to pay our membership dues and to inquire about planning a trip to upstate NY. Our information was taken, and they said they would get back to us. Called on Monday this week, and they said they would send us the info via email no later than Wednesday of this week. Sadly still nothing. So I guess unless you're planning an expensive trip, they are not interested in helping you. What a shame since we have been members for such a long time. You would do better just to use Expedia 😏.

My parents and I are all AAA members and in the past I have waited maybe an hour for service 2 at the most. I requested service at 9AM. I didn't get service until almost 2pm. When I called Triple AAA they told me that the driver, not them were responsible for giving me an ETA. I never got an ETA TEXT. When the tow truck finally arrived, there was no indication it was triple a, no lettering on the vehicle, no uniform worn, nothing. Further more, triple A drivers are supposed to request an ID from whoever they were picking the car up from. This guy didn't even say hello and just started working the minute he showed up. When he finally got the car on the truck and we took off, on the way to the place he almost clipped two cars in front of us. When we finally got there he parked on the wrong side of the auto service place. We have been long time, loyal AAA members. Premier members at that, and this is the service I can expect? Thank God I wasn't in an actual emergency.

I dropped in b/c my login wasn’t working correctly. Three agents all came out to assist me. Very nice and helpful people working at that AAA branch. They welcomed me to Gainesville, I got a free Gainesville map poster and several AAA Knick-knacks. I think I’ll go in whenever any of my other Apps act up. 😎

Courteous, efficient service. Have not tried their travel agency services, just maps and tour guides.

Fairly new premium members and have used the service twice for towing the first time my friend waiting for 9 hours in the parking lot of her job. The second time my radiator crack on the side of a very busy highway and I had to wait 3 hours. I am not happy what so ever. I pay for a service and I expect to get what I’m told I’m paying for. I’m a 19 year old stuck on the side of I-75 for 3 hours.

Very poor customer service, had my vehicle towed to my home. Driver ran over my water meter and broke mine and my neighbors water lines. The towing company denied responsibility so I had to file a small claims case.AAA would not give me any information regarding the incident. They did not care that I was upset enough to not renew after 23years with them, don't trust that they will do anything to help you if damages occur.

I had a very bad experience with my car being towed. They sent Gainesville Towing to tow my car and the driver broke my gear shift and damaged my tires. He towed the car in park the whole way to my house. He broke the gear shift trying to get it in reverse but never did the car had no power and so he dragged the car to my house without putting the car on a flatbed. The guy was obviously not experience or didnt care about my vehicle. I have proof of my claims and i haven't been reimbursed for having to spend my money fixing someone else mistake. I am a single parent i cant afford to be responsible for other people mistakes. I will never use this service again.

Waited over 5 hours for a tow with my friend who has had a membership for 20 years. Sat in parking lot until long after dark! 11pm by time tow truck showed.
