  We signed up for AAA thinking they would be the best roadside assistance company. They are not. My husband had a dead battery in 17 degree weather late at night in front of a closed store. They told him 45- 60 minutes ....then 20-30 minutes later, the tech called to say they were busy and it would be at least another hour. And I repeat...it was 17 degrees. He had to walk to a Walmart, buy and install his own battery. AAA does NOT have adequate contractors to get you help quickly, even if you live in a metropolitan area with locksmiths/tow trucks every where. We regret signing up with them. If you catch them at a "busy" time, they are not equipped to help you or smart enough to get the appropriate amount of contractors to handle their calls. You are better off handling it yourself.

  Always get good deals here, as well as great auto car services like towing. We only buy our movie tickets here never at the theatre..unless it's bargain matinee. They are undergoing renovations last time I was in (a week ago).

  Thanks to AAA for ruining my insurance history and causing my future premiums to be at an all time high. They cancelled my policy on multiple occasions from the looks of it and let me drive around uninsured risking myself and others around me. While my policy is has been set up on automatic draft for them to have there way with. Never did they attempt to collect funds that weren't there and never did they ask anything of me that I didn't do. Yet I have lapsed coverage and high premiums. Thanks so much Doug Edwards and his assistants that he shuffled me to when I would try to contact him about why all the sudden my payments aren't coming out. "Oh it's fine, your covered." All the while I'm not risking who knows what. And my home owners insurance was through him too, yet not a one phone call to my cell phone leaving a voice mail saying anything wrong with my insurance policy. Tomorrow I am covered Doug, by an insurance agent that understands that I am not to be cancelled without a phone conversation and he can take whatever money automatically drafted till he can contact me prior to cancelation. Good riddance and you'll be hearing from my attorney.

  Wow. I cannot express the amount of rudeness I experienced from Ginger Stacy. She promised to stand by the trip insurance she sold months ago and help if a cancelation was needed. When called back to cancel the cruise she said, I'm not quoting, 'ain't nobody got time for that' call the 1-800 number. Needless to say I won't be using AAA again.

  My wife Suzanne and I are celebrating our 40th Anniversary as well as her "significant" birthday with our best friends on a 3-week Mediterranean and transatlantic cruise this fall. Sandy Marks arranged our entire trip and we are so pleased with how smoothly all the arrangements went during the process. She is extremely dedicated to her clients' wishes and makes certain their expectations are met and even exceeded. We highly recommend Sandy and will definitely let her plan our next trip!

  They do not offer any travel packages by car. You could simply tell them where you want to go and they will book it... or as they confirmed, I could get on the internet and get the exact same vacation. They offered no knowledge or insight into deals, resorts and family oriented vacations. While this is lacking in what I expect from AAA, I will add I am a 20 year member who has been happy with the roadside assistance aspect.
