  I had previous experience with A-1 Factory Direct before and was very happy with their service and product. And it was because of this that I went back when it came time to replace the carpets for two rooms in my house. I was met by Gillian and told her I was a repeat customer at which time Robert, the owner, came out and recognize me. Gillian showed me some carpets which I picked two samples and set up an appointment for the next day for measurements. Gillian promptly arrived and proceeded with the measurements. When she was done I asked her what the timeline would be. She said I would receive a quote within 24 hours and if I am in agreement, installation would be within a week or so. She took my email information and left. This was Friday the 8th so I didn't expect an email till probably Monday. Checked my email on Monday the 11th, found nothing so I sent an email to Robert (I did not have Gillian's email) and asked about the quote. He didn't know anything about it. Next email I got from Robert was asking for my phone number so he could set up an appt. He then called and apologize about the mix-up. I told him Gillian had already measured, now I am just waiting for the quote. He said he would check with her. Gillian then called and said she sent me an email and to check my junk box as it may have gone there. I said I did and it wasn't there. She said she will try again and of course, no email came. Bottom line, I never received the email from Gillian, never received the quote, never received a follow-up. Thanks to their discrimination tactics, I found another vendor that was more than happy to receive my business.

  I have used A-1 for Carpeting, Laminate Flooring and twice for Hardwood floor restoration. I am very happy with the service that Bob and company provide.

  Bob was incredible. He showed ways I could save money and always had my back. He always had my best interest in mind and went out of his way to ensure I was a 100% happy with his product and guaranteed his work. The crew was professional and the work seamless. I would happily refer him to all my friends and know that they would have a similar experience as mine.

  Gillian assisted me with carpet choice and did excellent measuring to achieve the least amount of waste, She is very knowledgeable, professional and gave outstanding customer service. I would totally recommend this company.

  We put tile floors where there had been carpet over slab in about 1,000 sf of our house. Great support and guidance from Robert throughout the process. Fair prices, good selection, and superb execution. Highly recommended.

  We are extremely happy about our experience with A1. We worked directly with Rich and the entire process was seamless. We took a few floor samples home on the first day to test them in our house. The next day we went back and took a few more home. Then, once the floors that we chose were delivered, the new floor was installed within a couple of days.
  
  A few months after we had our main living area redone, we decided to rip the carpet out of our bedroom and continue the flooring from the living area (we live in a one-story home). I texted Rich, and within a few more days our bedroom was done.
  
  This is a great company, with some really stellar employees. I'll be using them for all of my flooring needs in the future.

  Excellent experience. Knowledgeable, dependable team of professionals. I would recommend them to my friends and family whenever they need help with their flooring needs. I had previously purchased high-end laminate wood flooring (Armstrong) at another flooring store, and the installation was less than desirable. Especially after seeing the same laminate installed in other areas of my home - what a great installation job from A-1.

  Rich was fantastic when we first stopped by the store. Very helpful, explaining the different types of carpet, asking us what we want to put it in. We hadn't moved in the house yet, but his crew replaced the carpet in our family room with a great choice! When we came down to see the work progression on the house, the family room was stunning! Fabulous job Rich did helping us pick it out & installing it! Really appreciate Rich & A1 & highly recommend to anyone who wants to get their money worth for carpeting! Thank you Rich!
