The property is decent but I’ve dealt with a lot of small issues like broken appliances and slow response from maintenance. The rent is fair but not a steal. The community is okay nothing special. I have seen better management in other places in Charlotte.

Living with A&Z has been mostly positive. Their staff is friendly and they keep the property in good shape. The neighborhood is quiet and community events are nice. Occasionally the Wi-Fi drops, but overall Internet service is okay. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable management company.

My experience with A&Z was disappointing. The leasing process was slow and unorganized. Once I moved in there were ongoing issues with pest control that were never fully resolved. Maintenance requests often took weeks to be addressed. Not the best experience.

A&Z managed my previous place and I was very happy with their service. They are approachable and always willing to help out with questions. The community is quiet and safe which is important to me. The parking situation is a bit crowded but manageable. I would certainly consider staying with them again.

The location is convenient but I feel the rent is a bit high for what you get. The building can get noisy sometimes especially during weekends. Maintenance requests are handled but there’s occasionally a delay. The interior could use some updating but it’s decent for the price. I’ve had a mixed experience.

I recently moved into an apartment managed by A&Z Residential Properties. The move-in process was smooth and the leasing staff was friendly and professional. The apartment layout is modern and the amenities are nice. Some minor issues with appliances took a little time to fix but overall it’s a good place to live. I would say it’s a solid choice for someone looking in Charlotte.

I've lived in an A&Z property for over two years now and the management team is incredibly responsive. Whenever I've had maintenance issues they are quick to respond and resolve the problem. The property is well-maintained and always clean. The location is perfect close to shopping centers and public transport. Overall I feel quite satisfied with my experience here and would recommend them.

From the moment I toured my apartment with A&Z I knew I wanted to stay long-term. Their staff is friendly and always available for questions. The unit was spotless when I moved in and has remained well cared for. The location is perfect for my commute and I feel very safe here. It’s been a great experience overall.
