The owner will never answer any of your calls. He will have his receptionist Reggie tell you he is in meetings all day when he is lying. He buys cheap equipment & purposely messes up your existing equipment to make you have to spend more.

I had my Heat Pump and condenser replaced when my heat pump went out in Summer of 2017. My Home Warranty Company recommended Team Hope. They came out and did an initial inspection. My Warranty Company Recommended that I replace both the heat pump and condenser in my AC Unit. They would not warrant otherwise. Team Hope came out and installed both a new heat pump and condenser. I was happy as I now had cold air again pumping through the house.

A couple weeks later I was vacuuming the house and I smelled mildew. I walked into my guest bedroom and I could see water stains and mildew on the ceiling. I called Team Hope and told them that they had installed the condenser incorrectly as it was leaking and overflowing. They sent an experienced technician to look at the situation and he made adjustments and stated that some of the setting were not correct during installation. He took pictures of all the water damage and stated that the owner would contact me and take care of the repairs. Nobody called me so I decided to call them. I left messages on voicemail and explained the cost to repair and paint ceiling in bedroom would be $500-$600.

But nobody has shown our requested to pay for damages. Another technician came out and installed another part on the condenser that was not installed during initial installation. He also stated that owner would take care of me and make things right. I have now had the ceiling repaired and painted using my own funds. I have not decided if I will take them to small claims court. If I do I will be adding all the fees necessary to file in small claims court. I can only say be careful who you choose as you get what you pay for in this world.

Last summer I called Team Hope Air and a large company to get quotes on fixing my air conditioning. (Mind you it was about 100 degrees.) The large company came and gave me a very high quote and shortly after Team Hope Air came and gave me a quote for less than half the price! Not only was it cheaper but David, the technician, gave me pointers on what to do to keep things in good condition. Within 30 minutes David had everything replaced and cleaned. Outstanding service.
