Our service tech was so nice and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the issue with our ac ducts and quickly made changes to better fit what we needed.

Great service. All-Star Company kept me posted on arrival of tech through call and text message. Tech was very professional and also letting me know what he was doing. As well as how the system was working. Company has an annual program that help's save money to homeowners. Maintenance Program. Friendly staff when you call, and friendly professional technicians.

Let me just say Justin H. (Service tech) did an amazing job, not only professionally but also personally as well. Having never met Justin until today, he had an amazing attitude. He was very knowledgeable (14 years in the industry) but also a wonderful man. Would I do business again, I will because of Justin! He deserves a thank you from me and his company.

Salazar and Noel were so EXTREMELY helpful when my A/C unit decided to go out. Not only were they professional, but they went out of their way to explain to me what was happening and why. I felt super comfortable with them and you could tell they weren't trying to "sell me" just to sell me something. I have very much so enjoyed my experience with working with them and the A-Star Team.

Was very happy with the maintenance work performed by A-Star Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Technician Noel was very professional and went above and beyond inspecting and working on our AC units. He talked me through what he had worked on and what he found for next steps in prolonging the life on our AC units (I’m very appreciative for that!). A lot of AC companies and their technicians can take advantage of consumers especially during the summer months. But the way Noel explained how to improve our AC performance and what to let be, gives me confidence that A-Star Air Conditioning and plumbing is not that typical up-selling company we hear too often. Thank you Noel, much respect!
