  A Custom Services are my go-to partner for HVAC needs. I have used them for years and find Tom's responsiveness and professionalism to be differentiated. Alfredo has been a great technician and always is professional, efficient, and considerate when in my home. They helped me out in a jam and walked me through my options for a new heater, and took care to prioritize us given the cold weather. I am a loyal and happy customer and would recommend!

  My furnace quit on me on one of the coldest days of teh year. A Custom Services came out that same day, assessed my situation and was back 1 day later to install a new high efficiency furnace. The professionals who installed my new furnace were polite, competent, answered all my questions and cleaned up so that I didnlt even know they had been there. Great company.

  Steve fixed our AC by clearing the condensate drain line. He was efficient and professional and explained everything to us as he worked. Would recommend his service!
