  I went in for an estimation on a sunroof repair. I found this place to be extremely friendly. Marcie was working the front and was crazy busy but found the time to be very polite and answer all my questions. Al was on his way to run an errand but took the time to look at my roof. He gave a me a no- nonsense, easy to understand explanation of the problem and a descent quote.
  Currently, I'm impressed with A & A Royal and have made an appt. for Wednesday.

  I had a great experience and the work was above my expectations. They saved my 40 year old seats. The staff went over and beyond for all my demands and the price was very reasonable. They also fixed my dashboard but I don't have any pictures at the moment. Best work I seen in Kansas City so far....Wish I could give then 10 stars

  I went in to get new batteries for my remote starter which was purchased there two years ago (greatest thing to have ). I was pleasantly surprised to be able to take care of two other things as well.. I got my car washed and my console cover repaired . The repaired console cover is better than what came with the car when purchased. The cost of the repair was less than what was quoted at the dealership and our body shop . Great service!!!!

  I am someone who works out of her vehicle and I transport dogs 95% of the time the vehicle is running. Dog hair accumulates quickly! My van was way overdue for a serious deep cleaning. I was overwhelmed even looking at it when I took the dog crates out.
  
  At the suggestion of a friend who had a positive experience having their van detailed, I decided to try it out. It took them 2 days to complete, but worth it. My minivan came back looking brand new!!!!!! They also sold me on this rubber mat that I can put down and help stay in place cut to the shape of the interior floor, so my dogs won't get my carpet wet or muddy or furry anymore! It's working great so far! VERY HAPPY with my service there! Would highly recommend! Photos of before and after!

  Owner was rude and quick to dismiss us. Job was done almost poorly, paid extra to get dog hair out and was not done what so ever. Not recommended. For $300 go somewhere else.

  Cadillac dealership sent car here to have auto-dimming rear view mirror installed. After installation it never auto dimmed. Cadillac dealership sent me back to location and they looked it over and said it was working as designed. Finally had it removed and found out that what they installed was not even an auto dimming mirror and they installed the wiring wrong. They didn't route the power wires correctly over the SRS airbag, they went in front of it. Glad I found this out and had it corrected by a qualified installer. Stay away from this place, they shouldn't even be in business with ethics like this.

  I was overcharged for the work they said was completed!! They didn't do the work that I paid for! I will NEVER go to this company again! One part they on my. At kept falling off until I lost it! I bout another one and they wanted to charge me for it again! Thanks for the warranty!!!

  I brought my car there and paid $75 to have some lime substance that had Leap on my car from the ceiling of the parking garage where I live . Not only were they not able to get it all off, but the created additional damage (minor, but still!) trying to get the stuff off. When I pointed it out BEFORE I left it was a lot of double talk, but they did offer to TRY and fix their mess up, but told me I would have to pay another $75 per hour. I politely declined and lost confidence . Just think about that... I pay them to Clean an area no larger than a dollar bill and they end up creating New damage and then tell me I have to pay to fix their work. No Thanks!

  Me and my family have been coming here for years, we love this place!! I always leave satisfied. We've brought in several cars to have the windows/ windshields tinted and they always look perfect when finished. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. I recommend everyone to go here! Plus they guarantee all of their work. They want you to leave happy. Great people!

  Prices are way too high...can find all that they have online, & for a much better price...no taxes & free shipping right to ur door! I'm with Debora John son...what she said! & why is all the owners responses "all the same"?! I can forsee this business, "out of business" shortly!

  I am giving them 4 stars because of my experience with the "customer satisfaction" of the product/service. When I wasn't completely satisfied with the product that I purchased and asked for my money back, they told me to come right in and that they would refund my money and remove the product from my vehicle. Most companies would have probably reacted differently and would probably say "well you already paid for it and it is installed", but they did the opposite. I wish I was more informed about the product before having it installed in the first place as I was misinformed about the functionality of the product. My only complaint is to make sure that whomever is selling a certain product, knows all the features that come along with it.

  They did a window tint and installed a new stereo and speakers. The work was done timely and the service was great. The tint looks awesome and they were able to provide some great options for the radio/ sound system. I am bringing my other vehicles in for work. Also, two years ago they modified a backrest for the sissy bar on my motorcycle. My wife is much happier now that metal is not jamming into her back. The pad modified is comfortable and matches the bike.
