only way to get anything set up is through phone call. really aggravating and useless to have other ways of contact on here.
EDIT: i didn’t need a diagnosis, i know what’s wrong with my car. whoever i spoke to didn’t explain any of that and said phone call was the only way regardless of whatever service i needed. so maybe they need it explained to them too.

I’ve been here a few times for different things, but they always do great work at reasonable prices. I live all the way out in Gluckstadt and generally do most of my work myself, but make a point to drive down here for any gear or axle service. They’re one of only 2 shops in the Jackson metro area I trust my vehicles with.
