  Great experience from start to finish. Estimate process was arrived on time, straight forward, and he didn’t try to oversell something I didn’t need for my situation. Options were easy to understand and their costs firmly written. Installation was on time and very efficient. Door and electric opener were fine tuned for a snug fit and alignment. Price was below others for a quality product, with installation and appearance to be proud of. Highly recommended.

  Very kind and considerate start to finish.
  Everything went smoothly and quickly.
  Top notch office, salesman and installers.
  The only con I found was paying with a card there is a charge, I think this is card company and not this business though I believe.
  Highly recommend A 1 Door Company.

  Everyone that I interacted with were courteous and professional! There was a small issue with the manufacturer of the insulation for my garage door shipping out less than was ordered. Brandon called to apologize even though the fault was with the manufacturer. He immediately called them up and made sure they shipped out the proper material this time. As we were waiting, he called to give me status reports on the order. As soon as the correct material came in, they called and scheduled the installation right away. The installers did a great job installing the insulation as well. I cannot say enough about how great this company is! I would definitely recommend these guys.

  A great company to deal with. Very responsive to emails. Even though chose to install the doors myself, they helped me pick out the right door to fit my needs and they were very informative. Highly recommended!

  Salesman was professional and personable, price was decent, install scheduled quickly. Installer arrived late with no notice that he was going to be late. Took a smoke break in his truck in my driveway. Work itself was good. The few times I needed to talk to the office, the calls were always answered in a timely manner and the office staff was always nice and informative.
