We were very impressed with technician, Blair. He diagnosed the situation quickly, explained what needed to be replaced and how long it would take. Additionally, he gave us some good advice on how to make other appliances work better. Working with 911 Service Today was a very positive experience and we will call them again if we ever need an appliance repaired!

I've used 911 for several appliance repairs. They are always professional and competent. Blair was fantastic. He offered advice on working with the manufacturer to help the cover the cost of my dryer that was 1 month out of warranty. I'd recommend them for any appliance repair

My expensive microwave said the door was open despite being closed. The 911 technician tested the switches and determined they were good. Upon further troubleshooting, he found the door latches needed replacement. Parts were ordered next day. Once parts arrived the technician returned and quickly made the repair. The cost of the repair was very fair. I will use 911 again.

Very easy to schedule. Office staff & technician were extremely professional and informative. Office requested the model # of my dryer prior to the service call so that the technician could bring any parts that they had in inventory. Service call & repair made the same day! I will definitely be using 911 Service again.

I called, and they had someone come within the hour. However the rapid service costs more than regular scheduled call, but much worth not losing all my food in refrigerator/freezer. Jamie was professional, friendly, and honest. I will use their services again.
