Eric B. was excellent! He inspected the furnace and air conditioner and changed the humidifier filter. I highly recommend this company that also installed our new furnace and air conditioner last September.

Ladies in office very helpful! My HVAC wasn’t working, hot day with 3 kids moved my appointment up a day. Service technician on time knowledgeable and had ac up and going in no time. Also, kept his mask on entire time!

Absolutely incredible service. They replaced upstairs and basement furnaces, ac coils, and compressors. Extremely knowledgeable quote followed by an awesome team of 4 that knocked out the work in one day. Very respectful of our home and took great care when moving the equipment. I had to rush over to the hospital due to my wife needing an emergency surgery during the install. When I returned, the work site outside was cleaner than when they came, doors which I had removed were rehung, and everything was in its place. I was so impressed. Quality of the work from the fittings, exhaust piping, to the duct routing and sealing is top notch. When I checked my electricity consumption, both new AC units running was less than one of the old units. Huge improvement! And quiet! Bottom line: This company does a great job at hiring, training, and retaining top professionals and they will do an incredible job for you. I am very happy that I chose them to conduct the work. Highly recommend!

I came home from work yesterday, and my thermostat read 86 degrees in the house (and it was set at 74 degrees). I panicked (because I have dogs), and set out contacting every HVAC company known to man. 911 Mechanical Heating and Cooling was the company that could come out the soonest, BUT I also looked at their Google reviews and saw all of the great recommendations for this company. So I booked the appointment with them. Aric was amazing! He was super professional. Wore a face mask and the protective shoe coverings. And he walked me through the entire job, what he was looking for. What he found. Explained the part that needed to be replaced. Taped up some wires that my lawn maintenance company had knicked. I was so glad that I chose this company, and asked for a business card so that I can call them first should I have any HVAC problems in the future. I highly recommend and will definitely be referring them to friends and family! I was also greatly surprised with the cost for a/c repairs. It was much less than I had anticipated!

Eric was very knowledgeable. Our AC was not working since last week. We called and scheduled the appointment. Eric came this morning, he was on time and was very courteous, he fixed the issue in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend 911 Mechanical for AC/HVAC issues. Great Service.
