516 auto, specifically mariano, did a fantastic job of towing my elderly father's car to a nearby dealer for repair of a flat tire. mariano was great at navigating the complex where my father lives and was extremely patient when dealing with my dad. in fact, those two were practically laughing best buds after the car was ready to be towed. lol it was comforting to know that this business was taking care of my dad, not taking advantage of a senior. would definitely recommend 516 auto. cheers!

After suffering a total electrical failure in my car, I requested a tow service through my insurance and was given this company. Let me tell you beyond all shadow of doubt that this company has to be one of the best towing services in New Jersey. Mariano, my driver, was not only prompt in getting to me, he was efficient and taking care of my car. He even offered to take a look under the hood and using his mechanical expertise,was actually able to find out what had happened with my car before I even got it to a mechanic which gives me such peace of mind . I learned that this is one of the top 5 tow services, and HE IS THE ONLY DRIVER!. If you EVER need a tow service and you can request company, DO IT. You will not be dissatisfied!

Sonny & his mechanics are excellent, I would tell my family how honest & reliable he is and now he is the go to mechanic shop for 5 of my family members cars, All are very happy with Sonny & his staff.

I go here for any thing that needs to be fixed on my current car and they do such a good job on the vehicles that I’ve brought to them , there prices are reasonable and love the fact that sometimes when I’m not available in the morning, I can go late in the afternoon & still be out of there in an hour. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get something fixed on my car. You can count on them.
