Ordered some flavors online and they didn’t have one in stock & they called me to see if I wanted to replace it or get my money back. Good customer service!

Great range of choice, good quality, they usually ship in a couple of days, that's definitely a plus. The only downside, if you have an issue, it might take up to a month to resolve it, and you always have to email back to remind, but after that - they resolve questions, just read carefully their policy, it's strict.

I purchased an alpha hookah from them and it shipped In and as I was putting it together it broke. I then emailed and called the shop and they were super helpful and nice enough to fix my problem and send me a replacement. Super quick with responding and very friendly. I would recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you very much.

The choose of flavors is one of the best in the city, but their online shopping experience it’s a nightmare! Website is full of glitches, after you give them your email they will start destroying your inbox with tons of spam and coupon codes that never working! Really bad experience, but because of a absence of other good stores, you don’t have a lot of options! :(

I was in LA for a few days and went to a hookah lounge that recommended that I go to 5 star to buy a particular bowl I was looking for. I have to say these guys have the best setup and stock I’ve ever seen. What made the experience even better was that the guy working was extremely helpful in helping me find the best products. You could quickly tell that he knew what he was talking about. My only regret is that I didn’t buy any flavor. If you’re ever in LA make sure you visit this place.
