  My husband and I just bought a 2014 Rav4 and we are very impressed by 405. They were very friendly made everything effortless on our part and made buying a car great! They had a great selection of cars as well. Family owned and non commision, you can tell they want to make you happy. Thanks guys!

  Great experience! Online information was stellar, so I had 90% of my questions answered before I even got to the dealership (very helpful since I was driving over 2 hours to see the car). I was greeted immediately, and directed to the car I was interested in. No pushy salesperson following me around, they just made it clear they were there to answer any questions and to let them know if I was interested in a test drive, then they let me take my time checking out the car as thoroughly as I wanted.
  This is a no haggle lot, so the price is the price is the price! I love not having to play the game. The cars are price below market and are great deals.
  Closing the deal was simple and quick plus their 30 day warranty and available extended warranties gave me confidence they weren't hiding anything under a steam cleaned engine or other nasty tricks I have experienced elsewhere.
  Bottom line... GREAT people, GREAT cars, GREAT deals. I will definitely make the 2 hour drive again if I find myself needing another lightly used car.

  I would send a family member to 405. No Pressure, very friendly, I've had more difficulty buying groceries quite frankly. I bought a 4runner that I Love, low miles, great shape. Check engine light did go on after several days, it was a catalytic converter. But I was told they would help me out on that.

  Please spare yourself the trouble and do not buy a car here. I bought a car here, smooth process except for the fact that the car broke down on the highway on the way home. The clutch had magically "burned out". Sales manager had me have the car towed back to their shop. I paid for the tow thinking the repair would be part of their 30 day guarantee. It wasn't. I received a call asking if it was OK to repair the car (at my cost). They were going to charge me the full cost to repair after spending $10,000 on a car that went through their bogus 125 point inspection. Total scam. Sales managers did absolutely nothing to help the situation. For all of these reasons I recommend not buying here or even getting a repair done here as their "Guarantee" and "125 point inspection" mean absolutely nothing.

  Really enjoyed my experience buying from 405 Motors. Great sales team, when you read other reviews that say "No pressure" they really mean it. Quality and quantity is way above expectations. If I ever need another vehicle I will be calling them. Thank you so much 405 Motors.

  405 Motors has a wide selection of cars, but 405 Motors really makes money by buying cars from auctions all over the place and selling them at their dealership. We were looking for Toyota 4Runners, and they had about 8 of them. Quite a few of them had scratches/damage/wear all over them, and one had the absolutely unbearable scent of an old ashtray. One had a tailgate that wouldn't open and a rear bumper that was screwed up. One was in really good condition with really low miles, and we almost bought it but we realized it was only RWD. So while they do have a great selection of cars, quite a few of them aren't in very good condition and will be overpriced, which you can't negotiate with their "no-haggle" pricing. All of their vehicles are in a gravel lot behind the tiny mobile-home looking dealership, too.

  Just bought an '07 Honda Element. Literally best deal in the nation on Carfax. And I'm sure that's not an exception. 405 Motors always seems to have a great and diverse inventory of low-mileage vehicles in excellent condition. They are considerate, transparent, and thoroughly research their vehicles' history and the fair prices they attach to each one. Can't say enough about what a positive, enjoyable experience I had there. No haggle means no pressure and the conversations and process of buying through them was truly the least stressful way to buy a used vehicle I can imagine. Thank you 405 Motors!

  Great low pressure environment to buy a car. I bought a BMW 2004 325xi at a great price with no haggling involved. You can tell that the staff wants the best for you and wants to ensure you are happy with what you drive off the lot.
  
  They ensured all of my issues were addressed before I purchased. Although we identified a part of my car that needed to be fixed, they set up a date and time to meet with their mechanic before I put my signature on the paper. My issues was resolved quickly and efficiently.
  
  Highly recommend this place to buy a car.

  I bought my first car from 405 Motors a few months ago and I was very pleased with my experience. I really enjoyed being able to walk the lot on my own and browse without being pressured. I also really enjoyed being able to test drive without having a salesperson ride along. They made buying my first car so quick and easy! Definitely recommend anyone check this place out!

  I recently bought a car from here and was pleased at how easy the process was. The no-haggling was amazing, because I hate having to deal with pushy salesmen. You get to look at the cars by yourself, test drive by yourself, and the buying process was super easy. I paid cash so don't know about the financing.
  
  I did opt for the extended warranty on the car, and will check in when I use their service for the first time. Hope that servicing the car in the future is as easy as the purchasing was.

  Yesterday we bought a used SUV Forrester. We liked fact that the price was easily seen on the car. There was no pressure and we were able to look at the car and take it for a test drive. The sales person seemed very fair and informed. They have been in business for 9 years and I liked the fact that it wasn't fancy office. We were there about 2 hours and there was lots of business happening. We knew what we wanted and at this point we are very happy with our purchase. I think we made the right decision. I would highly recommend this dealership. A great experience.

  I went just to browse their inventory and they had a great selection of cars with very fair prices. Within an hour and a half I ended up leaving with a 2007 Lexus es350 and couldn't be happier with it! Great customer service, not pushy salesmen. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great "new" used car!
