I came here 4/3/2022. I dropped off a hug bag of used and brand new items. Clothes and shoes. They told me the wait would be 30-45 min. I got there at 1:11pm. It was 3pm and no one gave me a call. I went in to see if there was an update. They told me to wait to the side and a buyer would be right with me. When I finally met with a buyer. They took #12 items for $21. Everything else they choose to hold off. I asked why? The buyer said she wasn’t the one that went through my stuff it was a African American guy that has short dreads and he’s chubby. She asked him why he pass on the stuff and his words were “we don’t need that in our inventory” mind you it’s things that still in unmarked plastic never been open …. HE NEVER EVEN OPENED IT.. he should NOT have the job to go through the clothings. Great store but they need to pull him. He’s not making the store look so great.

This store use to be awesome . However, today as I paused in a aisle to regain my breath and considered grabbing my asthma pump I got pushed from behind by a 6'4 guard .I told him not to do that, and he asked if im joking. I said no, considering there is a pandemic . He tells me to leave the store , so I walk out to push the door exit and he hits me from the back again. Horrible experience.

the clothes are in very bad condition it is very expensive. clothes are not sorted by size. I do not recommend it
