  High marks got this service. A technician arrived with in the hour at 11pm on a weeknight. My tub was draining within a half hour. Highly recommend.

  The owner came at 3am and fixed an urgent problem for us extremely quick. Would recommend to anyone!! Will definitely use again.

  Thank you so much to the owner for saving my apartment from flooding at 3am. The rain is coming down like crazy and our place was about to flood because of a clogged drain outside. He found out the release drain was INSIDE our apartment. He helped us carry all of our belongings out to safety before opening the valves. We are forever grateful for him. Thank you!

  Our hot water heater overflowed around 10pm and Sal was able to get a new one replaced by 2pm the next day. We were asked to empty the old water heater ourselves. It was estimated the tank would cost 1000. Receipt shows it was 780. Final price was not changed to reflect this difference. The water temp on the new heater was set to scalding hot; I burned my hand twice. Water pressure was not corrected before he left. Didn't respond to messages regarding the service after installation. Sal used the word "retarded" easily 10 times in our half hour conversation. Old tank was not removed.

  Showed up within 20 minutes of calling, explained the issue and worked efficiently. When we had a related issue a few days later, they came back and worked for almost an hour to correct it and didn't charge full price. Nice people, good work.
