After locking my keys inside my vehicle, I was relieved that their technician arrived quickly & had my car unlocked in a matter of minutes! Great services, kind workers, & their pricing was extremely affordable! I will be returning to get spare keys made, I highly recommend doing business with this company!

Locksmith was very efficient in arrival and I had Jeff Byers from Lexington, Ky. Jeff access the all locks and we had a mess of locks. He remained calm, and went and started working immediately.
Honestly this locksmith was so knowledgeable and professional in his manner. I was amazed at how he organized 40 plus keys to one home to 4 keys.
He explains everything to you, and was so thoughtful, and helpful to me and my family.
Thank you so much again for all your hard work.

I had a broken key fob for the last 2 years, and finally lost the metal part. I was stranded at a local park looking for it, while also juggling my toddler. First, I called the dealer and asked what my options were and they explained to me that they could replace it for $450. They said an alternative was a locksmith who could do it on-site, but it would be more expensive. Seeing as how I had no other choice and really needed to get home, I called 24/7 Locksmith. Sean (Shawn?) and his son graciously came to my aid before a scheduled appointment! I paid only $225 for a new key fob and key, and waited 15 minutes! Thank you so much you guys! You really rescued us!

I have never written a review for anything in my 20 years but this service was absolutely perfect. I was on the phone with AAA for 30 minutes trying to get help and eventually gave up and called this company. Responded to the call in about 3 seconds and in 15 minutes my car was unlocked and i was on my way back home. I know circumstances like these are not normal but if you are ever in any situation with lock trouble, do not hesitate to call them. There is a reason they have over 500 reviews and a perfect 5 star rating.

I was unable to get into my business at 4:45am and 24/7 Locksmith arrived quickly to help. They repaired the lock quickly. They were both professional and courteous, and they both wore masks. I highly recommend this business and they will be the first ones I call the next time I need a locksmith.

I highly recommend you lock yourself out of your house and call these people!! In all seriousness the owner is very nice, I locked myself out of my house today and the owner himself came and unlocked my door for me for a price that was over 30 dollars less than Pop a Lock. I'm so glad I heard how much pop a Lock was going to charge and decided to call them instead. Also he was there in under 20 minutes. So yeah, I'd suggest calling them first. They're a way cheaper, faster and nicer alternative.

After calling at least 6 other companies in the area, I found 24/7 Locksmith! He was at my door within 20 minutes, which was a blessing since I had managed to lock myself and my 1 year old out of the house. We were back in our warm home in no time! He was extremely professional and kind! I would definitely use his services again and recommend to anyone!! Thanks for saving the day today!!

Absolutely 100% recommend these guys. Our home was broken into and 24/7 Locksmith was there 30 minutes after we called them. It was an effortless process and they truly made us feel safe in our home again. Great, professional, kind guys!! Hopefully we won't need their services again, but if we do - will be calling them!

I called to get a price quote on getting a key fob repaired for my vehicle. Although this company was unable to help because my situation was unique, they knew who to refer me to. Great customer service and good business is hard to come by these days. They could have easily just told me they don't know or some other lame excuse but instead they were honest in letting me know they couldn't help and pointed me in the right direction. This definitely helped save the day and my pockets as well because I will now only pay $65 where as the dealership wanted well over $300. Thank you guys again!!

Shawn King and his training staff member were on-time, professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! Having locks re-keyed can be challenging (especially old ones that have been out of production a long time) however Shawn not only had the proper manufacturers keys with him he was able to perfectly Key all the locks on my home so they function with ease. Highly recommended for all locksmithing needs!

Shawn King came highly recommended by our go-to friend who knows all things re home repair vendors. Shawn did an excellent installation of a new deadbolt keypad lock. He has years of experience, is knowledgable, and took all the time that I needed to learn about the lock. Very accommodating; he came and I suddenly had to leave. He returned when I notified him that I was home. No question, this is my lock person.

Wow just wow! Couldn't even get a call back from 2 places. Shawn answered the phone and was here in an hour. He knocked out 3 locks, 2 cylinders, and gave us upgraded keys to all in 30 minutes. I have used many locksmiths in many states. These guys are by far the best i have ever worked with. Not only do they understand customer service their rates were literally 1/3 of what i was expecting to pay!!! Spread the word These guys are the real deal!!!

Nothing less than an amazing experience! I had a man from Pop-a-Lock pick at my deadbolt on my home door for and hour an a half with no success! Called 24/7 Locksmith and had someone come quickly and had my door open in no time! He was also nice enough to buy my son a cookie 😊.

Fantastic service! Shawn, the owner, took my call, and help was on the way immediately! I went from *locked out* to back on schedule in about 20 minutes --on the third floor of a crowded downtown parking structure, no less!

Go to this business. After some mishap and leaving my keys and coming home after a 12 hour shift at a hospital, you can imagine how frustrated i would be. Called this business, came extremely quick (despite the rush hour) and extremely fair pricing, and extremely professional and friendly. I would call this place anyday now

Called 24/7 after my kids and I got home late at night one night after basketball practice to discover we'd locked ourselves out of the house. Was a bit nervous about calling a locksmith late at night as I assumed it would be pretty pricey. I felt much better after hearing that it would be a reasonable flat fee. I was very impressed with Shawn's professionalism and patience, as it turned-out our recently purchased home had some sort of special lock that made them very hard to get past. Shawn methodically tried several approaches, letting me know in advance exactly what he planned to do to make sure I was ok with it before hand until we were finally able to get in. Would recommend 24/7 highly to others.

I gave my dog sitter the wrong keys when I left for vacation - effectively locking my dogs in my house. I called 24/7 in a bit of a panic and was immediately reassured. I was able to text him a photo of my ID to verify I was the owner of the house and he arrived within 10 minutes to let my dog sitter into the house. Fantastic customer service and SO fast!

Without a doubt, the best locksmith, in town. I have dealt with quite a few folks over the years because of bad door installation at my workspace and an antique door at my home. I've never actually had a fully satisfactory experience but Shawn, from 24/7, came to my home and quickly, neatly and affordably made it more secure than ever, all the while dealing with an historically protected 110 year old front door that had been ravaged by previous efforts. He managed to salvage the appearance of the door, working to maintain even minor pieces of original decorative trim, all the while installing a modern lock that is smoother and stronger and more secure in the door than we have ever had.
Also, his pricing is reasonable and straight-forward. I definitely recommend this company.response / report this review -
