    I received a letter from Financial institution I immediately contacted my insurance agent who quickly made a 3-way call with my financial institution and myself this allowed the agent to get direct information from the financial institution, by the time the call was done everything had been taken care of, paperwork had been sent and agent verified received. I was very satisfied , handling things in this manner allowed me to get on with my day, Thank You Michael with 21 Century Insurance

    There should be a no star option for this completely inept operation. I tried to remove one car from a policy via a VERY CLEARLY written letter. A week later I receive a letter stating they cancelled BOTH vehicles. Spent 38 minutes on the telephone with a rep who pulled up the scanned letter and acknowledged their mistake, supposedly corrected it, and quoted me the amount of the refund I should expect for the vehicle that was removed. A week later we receive new insurance cards and a new policy for BOTH vehicles. Now I have to go through the entire process again. A complete waste of time. Go elsewhere.

    Vile foul company insane scam stay away from these people trash pit scum bags low grade trash their subsidiary pacific preferred insurance is absolutely illegal and terrible and corrupt do not pay advanced fees to insurance companies they steal your money! That is bad business!

    9 days their insured hit me. I got nothing can't even get a return call...Farmers Insurance is the company. I call BS on this BS company. Run from them.

    What a crapy people working there. I don't want to see that kind of carpy face from the leady working in customer service there at 4240 Paxiston St, Harrisburg PA for farmers insurance Aouto repair.

    They came to me last year telling me how they could LOWER my rates from my current auto insurance who id had for 12 years.
    They did lower,but 1 year later, it's higher than my old insurance,i called to ask why? I've got no vilolations, no accidents, I'm over 50, what's the deal..I was told, in my state because other people and the number of accidents others have experienced, I'm being charged to handle the amount of non insured motorist. WHAT THE F!!!!
    How is this a good deal or decent insurance. And my old company has been contacting me that entire year to come back, I've turned them down ...this company is horrible and don't deserve my patronage. Further more, I hope this review wakes people up about illegals Obama let come here and cause the accidents apparently WE ,those who are responsible are paying for. Thanks obama! And 21rat for supporting illegals

    What a crappy company!!!! I signed with them in 2014 for the middle 500's. This was for 2 cars plus a trailer that's always parked and used for storage. Every renewal period since then has seen an increase in rates. This is every six months. No accidents, tickets, natural disasters other than signing with them. I made a huge mistake, but hope to look for a reputable company, if one exists. It just pisses ,me off that a company will raise your premium without the courtesy of a call. I just don't understand.

    I was in an accident and the driver that hit me has 21st and I can't get a hold of them. I was hit on 12/22/12 and I called them on 12/27/12 and was told the guy in charge of the claim will be contacting me. He did and when I called back 45 minutes later I got his voice mail. I have since called at least 7 times and all I get is his voice mail. I have emailed him and his supervisor and all the response I get is "he is on the phone 95% of his day, please tell him a time to call you." I have emailing him twice with the time to call back and every phone call I have said when to call me. I hope I never get in an accident with anyone who has this insurance again. They are horrible to deal with. I don't believe he is on the phone 95% of his day. The one time he did call I was on the phone with my insurance company and I called right back and he didn't respond or call me back. Horrible horrible customer service.
