UNYFA is an initiative of Uganda National Farmers’
Federation started in 2015 being an umbrella organization for all agro-based youths in Uganda. It began operations in 2016 with the main objective of improving livelihoods of youths in Uganda through well
established structures which foster building of a
vibrant team of young farmers to t into the national farmers’ union (UNFFE).
UNYFA wants to be the strongest young farmers’ association in Uganda, with plans and strategies across the country and working along UNFFE
structures right from the Apex body to grass roots -District Farmers’ Associations.
