You call the customer care line to find out if doctors are in no response in a whole day. You try WhatsApp nothing no response in 48hrs or even days .Sometimes u go only to realize the doctor you want is not in .Kindly improve on customer care otherwise clients from far are affected.
Secondly you come in for treatment and it takes you almost 3hrs to 4hrs to see the doctor again back then before it made a name service was efficient nowdays it’s ehh ehh and sometimes they don’t even notify you if doctor is in or not they just keep you in queue waiting ,kindly be honest with clients that wasting time yet you say every second counts .Me I just sit cause there is nothing I can do cause you need to services but sometimes I wonder if am in mulago all again🥹
Thirdly they really have someone checking on you but what’s the point if the que numbers are not respected,it seems like some clients are prioritized more than others sometimes we just wait cause it’s health hopefully one day the system is improved as in crucial conditions where I came I feeling so bad vomiting and dizzy and hungry and saved my ka money to come to a good service I went back sad and feeling more sick hence wasting both time and money which is frustrating.

Went in for a Neuro surgeon consult at 3pm. I called ahead and was assured the doctor would be there on a first come first serve basis. I waited until 8:30pm. Doctor was held up. Was disappointed in the receptionists' unwillingness to help. At a point had to be begged to make a follow up call. I understand surgery can take longer than expected, but please next time keep in touch with your specialists on duty ahead of time so that you give patients a realistic picture on how long they may have to wait.
