Great customer service. But the place is crowded at a times

I mailed back 4.9 kgs of cooking things...it only took 2 weeks to get from Uganda to my house in California!!! STRONGLY recommend using this post office! Word of warning, they first send it to their headquarters in Kampala before shipping it out of country, so as long as you're not shipping ivory, weapons or anything that is suspicious, you should be fine, but just in case, buy insurance on the package.
