I appreciate the existence of this paper which enhances capture issues pertinent to the hearts of Ugandans. However, most reporting is often very belated and read when steam is over.Secondly, I note very limited observations in your feature articles or events, to live to the title of this paper. Give us the views of the Observercritical or otherwise.
