Great hotel . Even u can go for a food . Great menu for food stuffs . Nice swimming pool and nice views all over . Nice buffet for 50k ugs.

The hotel is satisfactory, but it is supposed to be one of the best hotels in Entebbe. Extras are poor, internet is terrible despite complaint, gym opened late every morning. Good is good. Staff is friendly. Fix the extras and rating would improve. Bit noisy on ground floor.

I really loved Victoria hotel, i went there wen i was stressed but the moment i entered the pool i was sooo relaxed, i loved the view the music band on Fridays, oooh wat can i say am in love with the hotel.

Nice setting and pool area, but bulding and some rooms need update/renovations. It's a matter of luck that everything works to perfection. One time there are issues with A/C, others with WiFi, others with beds, others with smell or mold. The view in rooms 127 to 140 is a big container. Laundry service is outstanding. Elevator out of service for months now. Gym is outdated but massage parlor is ok.

Employees so nice and gentle! Rooms are comfortable. Swimmingpool-area beautifull, Breakfast is very basic but outside restaurant deliver good food!

Not a bad place to spend an afternoon by the kids or adults pool. I guess the circa 7m diving board is the star attraction. The staff are friendly and the food is above average. Just go & have fun.

We had a great relaxing week staying at the Laiko Hotel. The room was of a good standard and was kept perfectly clean by the friendly and courteous staff. Room was sprayed daily to make sure there were no mosquitos to spoil our holiday. Food was good and plentiful. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Hotel reception was not able to give me UN rate even though I showed my UN ID card on check in
Water was leaking out of the toilet during my whole stay.
No refund on bad prepared food, raw potatoes, chewing gum meat.
Showers and toilets at the swimmingpool are falling apart

Every thing is good in general, however there is a little bit in their service, I wanted to play billiards which they said that the keys of it with the manger and the manger was not around and they don't know when he will back!!! We are not in an office actually they need to be more responsible

Remodeled stately old hotel with beautiful gardens, pool, restaurant. Near Entebbe International Airport. Reasonably priced.

Nice size rooms. Very dated. Needs a refresh. I haven't stayed in other places nearby, but this decor would have been fantastic in 1980.

Expensive rooms 230$ for a double. Very nice rooms, great pool and garden area. Great band in the evening, made our evening wonderful. Food is really good, big sizes. Breakfast incredible.
Poor bar service, no knowledge of cocktails on their menu
