We used Churchill for a Queen Elizabeth safari. Everything was as promised and our guide was wonderful. Vehicle and safari camp were both excellent. I would highly recommend.

Unreliable service.
We booked a premium hotel package that included hotels with private bathroom. When we were put in a hotel without an own bathroom we were assured by Ether (the manager of the business) that we would be compensated for the price difference (she did not change the hotel booking to a hotel with agreed facilities). After following up for months nothing has happened and any contact made is neglected.report this review
