  Long queues and they favor certain customers to the rest, token machine unreliable, 4 hours in a bank for small money, ridiculous if you can avoid it, put your money elsewhere please

  Crowded,had no issue with that,but the fact that the account opening section told to wait as she works on people with different cases hit me hard,me who has come to open an account,was told to wait and thus I ended spending my 12-4pm time there...almost a full working day.......not pleased at all

  With one of the largest clientele in Uganda, be sure to spend at least an hour in queue. That's what comes with a convenient bank with low charges and low loan interest rates.
