She asked for a consultation because of a cat's cough. Got on Maria Kholchanska. She didn't calm her down, she said go to the doctor and don't delay, because otherwise there will be pneumonia, although I immediately wrote that we would go today, but we are abroad, it's Sunday and everything is closed. The doctor also wrote a list of possible causes of cough, which are available on Google. Zero empathy, as dry a conversation as possible. Feeling as if a person is forced to sit at this job and does not like it.
I was expecting some kind of human conversation with a doctor who sincerely loves animals and will explain why, but I got a dry extract from Google and even scares with pneumonia. This is very strange, because the doctor saw that I was already extremely worried. I do not recommend negative experience.report this review -

Super! Thanks to ratologist Elizabeth. My guinea pig had hind leg failure and had a strange discharge. I had a panic attack and frantically searched online for a doctor at 11pm. And hooray, I found this service. The doctor was found in 2-3 minutes and answered all questions. Reassured. The consultation was held from 23:30-00:00 +-. I am very pleased)

Just a nightmare. My request was my question. She described everything, threw off photos of analyzes and ultrasound. And in response I heard that you are being treated and then go to the doctor. The controversial question is what kind of diagnosis did not recognize. I pulled out every word, but did not learn anything new. That is, I can also work like this, sit and google and respond with quotes.

Thanks to veterinarian Maria Podsekina for advice and clarification)) I am one of those owners who panic at the slightest sneeze of an animal. As it turned out, my kitten Umka did not lose a tooth from the disease, but simply the milk ones were replaced by permanent ones. Who would have known) This is how it happens))))
