  Super basic and kind of scary at first, because of an old stair case and the fact that it is located on a 4th floor with no lift, but friendly staff, clean rooms and super central location, make up for the initial negative feeling.

  The hotel is in an old building. Inside of the rooms are improved and they are large including the bathroom. Rooms are neat and clean. Their breakfasts are set-menu style from 3 options. The best thing is so close to heart of the city .

  Stayed in the hotel for a week, the premises are elegant and always kept clean. I stayed in room 19 which was very comfortable and spacious.
  
  Pros:
  - Convenient location. Very close to the main attractions and heart of city.
  - Clean, elegant.
  - Breakfast is offered.
  - Can make reservations online.
  - Most staff at entrance spoke english. Good for international customers.
  
  Cons:
  - Noise level at night is high, you can hear motorcycles, cars and drunkards all night. Try to choose a room further from the street if possible.
  - Since Its on the 4th floor, its not very friendly to elderly people or people with disabilities. Im 31 and i would get tired going up the whole week.
  - Internet comes and goes every 5 minutes.

  Отель расположен в старом здании австрийского типа, высокие потолки лестничной клетки, старинные артифакты в самом отеле добавляют эффект "старины".Персонал чень приветливый и готов постараться решить все ваши проблемы.
  Из "+" это:
  1.Расположение в самом центре города; 2.Рядом расположены магазины, кафе и т.п. (сразу по выходу из отеля готовить вкусные круасаны);
  3.Пол с подогревом в номерах (в нашем номере был)))).
  4.Лучше брать номер с видом на проспект Свободы.
  Из"-":
  1.Расположен отель на 4 этаже (если много сумок вручную понимать без лифта);
  2.В некоторых номерах неочень хорошее состояние санузлов.

  В общем, отель хороший. Расположение удобное - в самом центре. Находится на 4 этаже, если у вас багаж , то это немного неудобно, конечно. Персонал приветливый, завтраки вкусные. Санузел чистый, номер тоже чистый, кровать удобная, в номере тепло.
