The Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC) was established in year 2000 under the ambit of the Executive Agencies Act (Act No 30 of 1997) The aim of its establishment was to fill an extant void n terms of a comprehensive training facility for Public Service, the changing needs of Public Services resulting from instituted reforms, and the need for an autonomous financially sustainable public service College.

It is in light of the above that the TPSC is the preferred service provider of knowledge and skills, and consultancy services to the Public Service, but also as a part of building a culture of continuous learning for public servants.

Mtwara branch was established on 2009, now it has two campus, main campus located at Shangani and other campus located at coco beach

We have decided to develop this page to inform our stakeholders, clients and general public of our products and services whilst giving you the opportunity to give us your views and challenges so that we can continuously improve our Library services.

The market for TPSC’s products and services include; Central and Local Government, Independent Departments, Executive Agencies; Reform Programmes; College and School leavers, the general public and the private sector.

It is our expectations that this pages will be a stimulus for improving service delivery for customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the public service improvement.
