    Here's a great recipe you can try at home :)

    Ingredients: 1) 1 clove garlic, sliced, or more to taste 2) 2 teaspoons Asian chile pepper sauce or more to taste... 3) 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup 4) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 5) 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 6) 3 tablespoons rice vinegar 7) salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 8) 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs 9) 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges

    Directions: 1) Mash garlic to a paste with a mortar and pestle. Mix chile pepper sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and rice vinegar into garlic until marinade is thoroughly combined.

    2) Transfer chicken thighs to a large flat container (such as a baking dish) and pour marinade over chicken; stir until chicken is coated. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate about 3 hours; if preferred, let stand about 30 minutes at room temperature. Unwrap dish and sprinkle with salt.

    3) Preheat charcoal grill to high heat.

    4) Place chicken thighs onto the hot grill with smooth sides down. Cook until chicken shows grill marks, about 3 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook until other side shows grill marks, about 5 minutes. Continue to cook, moving them occasionally and turning over every 2 minutes, until meat is no longer pink inside and the thighs are golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

    5) Transfer chicken to a platter, let rest for 5 minutes and serve garnished with lime wedges.

    Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Ready in: 3hr 40 mins

    Here's a great Dessert Recipe you can try during Ramadhan ❤️

    Ingredients: - 3⁄4 cup flour - 1 cup sugar... - 1⁄4 teaspoon salt - 1⁄4 cup cocoa - 1⁄2 cup butter, softened - 2 eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla - 1⁄2 cup nuts chopped (optional)

    Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a square 8x8 pan.

    2) Sift flour with sugar, salt, and cocoa.

    3) Add Butter, eggs, and vanilla.

    4) Use a spoon and beat 100 strokes per minute for 3 minutes by hand or 2 minutes on medium speed with mixer.

    5) Stir in nuts until evenly mixed through.(optional)

    6) Pour into pan and spread out evenly.

    7) Bake 20 to 22 minutes.

    8) Cool and then cut.

    Ready in 25 mins

    Here's a great recipe you can try during Ramadhan <3

    INGREDIENTS: - 1/2 cup olive oil - 1/2 cup soy sauce... - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon black pepper - 1/2kg boneless chicken, cut in 1-inch cubes - 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces - 1 orange bell pepper, seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces - 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces - 1 red onion, cut in 1-inch pieces - 8 (12-inch) metal skewers

    INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Add the cubed chicken to marinade and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 1 hour.

    2. Once the chicken has marinated, thread it onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion.

    3. Grill over medium heat, turning often until all sides of the chicken is well brown and vegetables are tender. (About 12 to 15 minutes)

    4. Serve and enjoy! ♥

    Ingredients - 2 cups medium-large strawberries (18 to 20 strawberries) - 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips or white vanilla baking chips - 1 teaspoon shortening or vegetable oil

    ...

    Directions: 1. Gently rinse strawberries and dry on paper towels (berries must be completely dry). Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.

    2. In 1-quart saucepan, melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

    3. Dip lower half of each strawberry into chocolate mixture; allow excess to drip back into the saucepan. Place on waxed paper-lined tray or cookie sheet.

    4. Refrigerate uncovered about 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm, or until ready to serve. Store covered in refrigerator so the chocolate does not soften (if made with oil, chocolate will soften more quickly at room temperature).

    Here's a great recipe to try at home - Brown Sugar Meatloaf

    Ingredients: - 1/2 cup ketchup - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar... - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder - 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef - 1 1/2 cups croutons, crushed 1 small onion, chopped 2 eggs - 1/4 cup milk - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper Add all ingredients to list

    Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

    Stir ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and chili powder together in a bowl until smooth. Spread a small amount of the ketchup mixture into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.

    Mix ground beef, croutons, onion, eggs, milk, and black pepper together in a large bowl; shape into a loaf and put into prepared pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over the loaf.

    Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
