  Patients have to queue for an insignificant long time especially when waiting for results from the lab. It needs a major improvement in its administration,it is not organised at all.

  Non medical aspects around administration need a major improvement, patients have no clue of how long is the wait, please install tokens and waiting time announcement so patients are troubled less.

  The Regency Medical Centre has qualified Doctors, Physicians and Nurses and it is Customer friendly. It has mostly all Laboratory Equipments, a Pharmacy , In house and Out house patient services and a very clean environment. Love and Care is visible too! Report early and get treated fast!

  I had a terrible experience there, I had a swollen finger and went there for treatment. The doctor said they had to use a needle to see whether there is blood or pus inside. The charged me for operation but the other doctor said there was no need for that. The process of claiming back the money for the operation while didn't need any operation was disappointing and listening to the other doctor saying why charge you all this? Made me lose hope with this Hospital.

  Now are giving best services.With nice appointment just before attending hospital also doc are punctual to their time.NHIF, AAR, TENESCO, and many are allowed

  The hospital is good, nice doctors, but it time to automate there system, to look for your card it take half an hour to 45min, so guys do it for us.
